I ordred a 48 pack of their chocolate protein bars and 48 of their berry bars. They were so clean, unlike anything else, that I was excited. I could NOT of ever imagining a chocolate protein bar SO TERRIBLE. At the first bite, I thought “What in the world? What is that horrible bitter strong taste?” It is also worse than taffy sticking to your teeth. The berry wasn’t as bad, but not anything I could ever make myself eat. I made a bad decision to buy these, trying to buy at the best price, as even with a subscription price, $3.43 each. I decided to ask for a refund. They have no phone number, so it’s been an in house mail system, with them offering $142 back of my $305.00 order. WHAT?!? They are giving me credit for buying other products. Why would I want that, after this horrible experience?!?!? I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Buyer beware! What a disappointing company.

This company has an incredible protein bar with terrible logistics and shipping. I experienced delays in shipping with no communication from their shipper, I expressed my concern with the company and they offered no alternative solution like using USPS or UPS. Due to poor customer service and major shipping issues/delays, I would stay away from ordering from this company.

Lineage Provisions has become one of the sleaziest, most obnoxious companies I’ve ever ordered from.
I was a loyal customer, but I’m completely done. Their website is an upsell trap from start to finish. Every step feels designed to trick you, pressure you, or sneak more products into the order. It’s not a normal checkout experience — it’s a relentless money-grab wrapped in “wellness” branding.
And the shipping issues make it even worse. Orders show as delivered, but they never arrive. When a company is this aggressive about extracting money from customers, and then the order doesn’t even show up, it stops feeling like bad luck and starts feeling like a scam.
The whole experience feels slimy: constant upsells, manipulative checkout tactics, delivery problems, and zero sense that the customer matters once they have your money.
I went from loyal customer to never ordering again. Lineage Provisions feels less like a premium brand and more like a giant sleaze factory with nice packaging.

I actually quite like their Cookie Dough protein bars. Very clean ingredients, a lot of it is organic, crazy macros (185 calories 20 grams of protein) with zero weird, unpronounceable ingredients. I was impressed. It's a pretty distinct taste, but if you're familiar with whey, tallow, and collagen that's the main idea plus some gooey chocolate and a touch of honey.

I did not like the taste of their mixed berry bar. They sent a second package that i tried to return or exchange and they wanted $22 to do it or have me go and ship myself. I think for an exchange of products that is ludicrous. And they did not respond to my emails about it

This company engages in deceptive advertising of the sort that has been ruled illegal by the FTC. They promise a 10% discount if you give your email, then ask for your phone as well, then it turns out that the discounts are heavily restricted and rarely apply. When I tried to reach out to their customer service in the hopes that there was a genuine disorganization issue, they closed my ticket without addressing the deceptive advertising at all. I don't do business with companies that lack integrity.

I just received a confirmation email tonight for an order than I DID NOT PLACE MYSELF. This is order # LP3413731. I never placed this order, and I am alarmed that my payment information was kept on file and that an order was placed without my ever navigating to your website or placing an order on that day.
I am a repeat customer but will shut my account down instantly if this is the type of issue that occurs on this website.... EXCEPT THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION.
This is shocking.

they are scammers, consumption is a huge hazard and their business practices are insanely illegal.

Products are ok, but they always add 3-5 items to your cart every time you check out. It's an unreal scam

Delicious Product!!! i have ordered 20+ bags of their air dried beef in a month. It's delicious and their customer service is top notch (they noticed my repeated orders and reached out with a personalized thank you)

I would go to negative stars if I could. I ordered 2 jars of beef tallow. This was my first order. I had wanted one as I was just trying it for the first time but that wasn’t an option. I got an email verifying the order.
I got a second email shortly thereafter showing another order for two more jars. I neither ordered or needed more. This was followed quickly by an email asking me if Mark had provided me with good customer service. Well, I just had been billed for another $38 for tallow I didn’t order and had never dealt with Mark or anyone else.
I emailed about the error and got the most convoluted response about a pop up box on order forms asking if the purchaser would like to order more before the order went through. Uh, no, as I had only wanted one jar to begin with and only got two because I had two and the initial email showed the order was correct.
A follow up email from the company advised me to go to their forum to initiate a return. What a joke. They wanted to charge me $21.95 to return the jars I DIDN’T ORDER that cost $38.
Do yourself a favor and get your beef tallow from a reputable company.

I love the idea of what they are trying to do and the commitment they have made. But, this was a huge miss for me, unfortunately. I really really wanted to like and thought I would, I bought 6 bags. The texture was more than I could bare. It was too gritty and tasted somewhat like rancid oil.

The honey tastes great. I received my order and tasted the honey first thing. I love the dark golden color and the taste is quite lovely.
