Bike arrived on time and any issues sorted promptly.

Beware big buying from a long way away warranty will be an issue unless it's new where you can deal with your local dealer. Though sometimes they are not always happy as you didn't buy from them.

Just great from start to finish, my experience with Lings was my Triumph a year ago with James at Watton, & I must say that I'm still so pleased with my bike, I ride it every day, an amazing machine. I now have another motorcycle from Lings,a Honda crf450l, & many thanks to Robert Thompson for making it so easy, & another amazing bike, I'm so pleased all round with my dealings with Lings & I must mention Neil the delivery driver for his good nature upon delivery. It has been a real pleasure to deal with these people & I must also add that all the staff that I don't know by name that I have spoken to have been great, keep up the good work. I've just tried to move on & choose a dealership, well its both.

After choosing a bike on line ,the process was quick and strait forward ,with flexible deals to suit all budgets and a great selection of top class bikes and excellent sales staff , I would definitely recommend lings Honda .

Whilst everything eventually worked out to my complete satisfaction, thanks to the direct involvement of the Lings' Honda Group manager, I was most disappointed with the derisory initial part exchange offer on my VFR800. This was improved later to the tune of C.£300 with some service and material sweeteners thrown in by the aforementioned manager; to him I express my sincere thanks. I was somewhat disappointed to find that the showroom added C. £1,500 above my trade-in allowance on a bike I'd had serviced and MoT tested one week before handing over, and which they advertised, correctly, as in 'Fantastic Condition'. Through no fault of Lings, I had to wait close on two months for my bike to be delivered from Honda during which time I was kept informed of developments and delays by the Ipswich Branch manager who did a very comprehensive delivery hand-over. In closing; I was well treated by the Ipswich Branch manager and his fulltime staff, would have no qualms in recommending them or continuing to use their services, but have reservations about dealing with my same Sales Executive again.

I have been purchasing Triumph bikes since 2002 and always used Lings. Loving my new Speed Twin and the complete experience was easy and quick.

Excellent service

My experience from start to finish was excellent and the salesman Mr Jake Harvey was a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend any of my friends or family to purchase a bike from your dealership without hesitation.

They were brilliant! There was a hiccup when picking up my bike, which meant I was unable to take it home, this was due to a recall which had been issued an hour or so earlier. I was of course disappointed but the manager, Jake, was able to drop my bike off to me the next day.
The salesman I dealt with, Nick, was a great guy. It was his first sale working for Triumph so had to be shown things, this was not an issue at all, everyone has to learn.
Hopefully I have no issues with the bike in the future but I believe that if I did these guys would be on standby to help me.

I was looking to down size from my Triumph (seating position not good for a dodgy knee) and as i was passing Lings Honda Ipswich called in for a look at current bikes. Salesman Edward Jary offered help and advice which resulted in a painless part exchange and purchase of a new CB500x and it turned up at the show room on the dates given also like to thank Jake the Manager for helping on a couple of things.
Altogether Lings were helpful and professional and i am delighted with the purchase thanks.

Brilliant service and the purchase was easy. Only reason for the 4 and not 5 star was the lack of communication on delivery day. I would recommend Lings and Ed all day long.

All dealings were couteous, professional and helpful.
