Lings were absolutely superb with my new bike purchase. Courteous, helpful, great advice and kept me up to date with the delivery time. Handover was simple with everything being explained. Really pleased with the bike. 10 out of 10.

Kevin was extremely helpful and patient as we viewed a number of touring bikes, eventually settling on the BMW r1200rt. At no point did we feel pressurised and overall a knowledgable and friendly atmosphere. Another excellent experience with Lings.

We ordered three new mopeds for our fleet. While the order took some time to fulfil we are aware that this was out of Lings' control and purely due to the logistics issues.
Once the bikes had been delivered to the dealer they were very quickly prepared and shipped.
after sales service has been great too.

Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the Watton Triumph dealership.

Good experience on entering lings at harleston . Social distancing measures in place with sanitiser avaliable . The bike required was delivered from another branch for me to test ride then a week later the bike was mine and in great condition as expected . A full talk through on all the operations of all the bike modes etc . Big thanks to Kevin for sorting this out ..

Dealt with Kevin in Harleston, very friendly and helpful. Very smooth transaction. Only thing i can fault is the delivery time for the bike was 13 days, so i ended up collecting. Paid delivery charge but that hasnt been refunded yet, i will conact them again.
Was shown everything i needed to know about the bike when i collected as id not viewed or test rode it in person.
Did have intention of buying brand new cbr650r but after seeing a 3yr old bike with 421 miles on for a £2350 saving it was a no brainer

I was looking for a new motorbike. I called up and spoke to a gentleman call Kevin at the Harleston branch.
He spoke to me about my options, sorted out all of my paperwork and maintained good communication throughout the process.
The whole thing was completed very quickly, and I am extremely happy with my purchase - Kevin was friendly, kept me in the loop and accommodated viewings, appointments/delivery to suit me and my needs.
He maintained contact after my purchase ensuring I was happy and all was going well.

It was a great experience from start to finish, very easy to do, simple and quick.
I would happily go back for any other needs I might have.

Whilst Bob at Lings Harleston was exceptionally polite and professional, and a pleasure to do business with I feel I only give 3 stars as the battery was flat the day after purchasing. After spending over £10,000 on a bike I expect it to be better prepared than this, it should of been checked. Having said that, since being charged the bike has been perfect and a joy to ride. If not for the flat battery, it would of been 5 stars.
