Everyone I dealt with including delivery were excellent. A point I do wish to make is that I paid the whole balance of the vehicle 16 days before it was delivered to me, on the balance payment date or soon after it would be helpfull if the V5 was changed over so that I would have it ready to tax the vehicle when it arrived, I was unable to tax the vehicle with the green slip supplied in the document pack, so therefore I am still unable to tax the vehicle 5 days after receiving it.

Placed my order in November 2021 expecting a long wait. Collected my bike at the being of March, exactly when I wanted it really, I was even offered a cancellation in between but wanted to wait for the new registration and better weather.
Salesman, Kevin Turner, was informative and helpful from start to finish so all in all I’m very happy with the service I received from Lings Honda.

Awaiting to see how support will be if and when needed.

Kevin was very quick with correspondence. He filmed a video of the bike in question and send me the link. The video addressed me and my questions. He was very patient and tolerated all of my questions.

Couldn't ask for a better service

Sale went through pretty smoothly however there were a few problems over getting hold of spare indicators which took much longer than expected and when pick up time arrived it was problematic to sort out the road tax paperwork...luckily the local post office was still open (just) and the staff at ling's ran me down there. Overall very good but the 2 points raised knock it down one star

I contacted the Harleston branch on Monday this week to enquire about arranging a service / repair on my Honda Generator which was difficult to start. The advice and guidance around the options and pricing from Pippa) was first class and my generator was booked in for the following day. The work was carried out within the timescales advised and for the price quoted. Highly recommended and a level of service that I wish was available in all walks of life. Well done Lings at Harleston. 👍👌

Just bought an ex demonstration bike from Lings. Great friendly service. No hard sell tactics. Just gave me the facts and answers to questions I asked. Will be back when I buy the next bike.

I rarely leave reviews, however, I felt I needed to share my experience a warn potential buyers about purchasing from this Honda dealership without first visiting the showroom and inspecting the motorcycle.
I saw the bike advertised on line and from the photos it looked to be in good condition, only a few years old with 11k miles.
A deal was struck and 3 weeks later the bike was delivered.
To my horror Lings had not been accurate in there description and the bike was in very poor condition. It had not been cleaned and had such heavy corrosion from abuse that the paint had flaked of the frame and center stand. A bodged effort had been in some place by poorly dobbing on paint. The rear wheel was heavily corroded and in my opinion needed replacement.
I was shocked a main dealer would try to even sell such a bike.
The bike was returned and to their credit I recieved a full refund.
Beware view before you buy with this seller.
