Good service from your salesman & I was impressed by the fact that prior to me collecting the bike it had been serviced, mot given even though it was two months short of being three years old, & new tyres had been fitted albeit the existing ones appeared to me to be legal.

Bike arrived as expected and looked in lovely condition however when I asked for run through of dash the delivery driver did not appear to know much about the bike. This meant we were unable to cover settings and use of dash. To make things worse when I asked for bike to be started it would not start. After discussion with sales team we believed that the battery might be the issue. I did not want bike taken away again in van as possible damage so agreed i would charge battery and see if that sorted it. I did eventually get bike to start but no one has been to identify for definite what was wrong, not even triumph. I then worked through manual and tried to set things up dash. Not all functions appeared to work so contacted sales team and they are going to run through things with me today to see if can be sorted.

Tom was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured into making a decision and never felt that he was trying to "hard sell." I don't replace my motorbike very often and they made it feel like the big occasion it was rather than it being just another day at the office for them.

James of Sales at the Watton branch was super helpful and supportive during the process of buying a bike during COVID lockdown. He and his team were great, responsive to phone calls, offered videos of the bike and have DocuSign set up for documents approvals that cant be face to face. We have the bike we wanted, yippee :)

Reasonable PX and straightforward transaction with Jake. Prompt response to my odd questions and handover was mercifully quick without the pomp and ceremony that BMW would insist on.
Helps that the bike (tiger 1200 alpine) is excellent.
Overall a solid 5 stars.
