Returned for 2nd course of Accutane. Service as always is stellar, very short to no waiting time. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Process from booking, to consultation to blood test always very smooth. Dr Zokaie provides such a friendly and welcoming environment, always happy to answer any questions I may have, and provides a clear pathway throughout the journey. Had zero hesitation in coming back to Linia Skin Clinic and Dr Zokaie.

Dr. Zokaie was recommended to me when I was experiencing persistent acne issues, and I’m so glad I followed through. From the very first consultation, he put together a fully comprehensive treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs. All the necessary tests were carried out to ensure the right course of action, and I was prescribed Roaccutane alongside high-quality skin supplements and a full skincare routine.

What truly sets this clinic apart is the attention to detail and level of care. Every aspect of my skin journey has been carefully considered. I’ve been to many dermatology clinics over the years, but none have offered this kind of consistency, support, and professionalism.

Whenever I’ve had questions or concerns, I’ve been able to reach out and get clear, expert advice without delay. I feel genuinely looked after, and for the first time in a long time, confident in the direction my skin health is going.

Acne sufferers beware. You’re vulnerable, you’d do anything to clear your skin. I too felt this way. PLEASE READ! These folks are crooks. Of course there are positive reviews…roaccutane works really well long-term for 80% of folks.

Do your homework before rushing into working with this clinic, they’re out to squeeze as much from you as possible and there are quality dermatologists in London who don’t operate this way. (Highly recommend the team at London Hair and Skin clinic in Holborn as an alternate. Dr Eleni Anthony is lovely!)

I came into their office for a consultation which quickly came to the conclusion I should go on roacctunate (again… I’m one of those lucky 20% that it keeps returning, fun!). I’m new to London seeking a dermatologist…was nearly ready to move forward then…red flags.

Red flag number 1: The Dr. strongly recommended I trash all my products (which are dermatologist recommended products like Cerave) and replace them with a laundry list of products and supplements totaling around £1k.

The second red flag came when they sat me down with the receptionist to discuss cost. The clinic requested I come in every single month for a blood test and that this would be £180/month + and £80 blood test. I asked if I could do this through the NHS or another more cost-effective provider… Nope…they’ve gotten a “special” rate with a provider. The total for this… around £2,000 in advance or I could pay monthly for a higher price.

Other clinics require you come in on your first month and then offer 3 month supplies, with opportunities to find a more cost effective space for blood tests.

The kicker? I was pressured to pay for my first blood test in advance (£80) on the day of my appointment. When I concluded this was an attempt at highway robbery I let the office know I wasn’t going to be moving forward and asked for a refund. Their response? No. I needed to bring back the physical piece of paper to process the refund, which I trashed quickly. I’ve asked them to reprint so I can hand it back to them…no response.

Now they’re threatening legal action In an email (in all caps, LOL) because I disputed the charge.

Run fast the other direction my acne suffering friends!

I went to see Dr. Zokaie because my friend went to him and she was really happy with her results so I thought I’ll give it a try. I struggled with acne and acne scars and Dr. Zokaie consulted me on what he thought would be the best solution for me and my skin. I have been to him several times now for laser and my skin and scarring has improved tremendously. I have always been so self-conscious of my skin and would never leave the house without makeup and now I have so much more confidence and feel good in my skin. My experience with Linia Skin Clinic has been superb from the start. Dr Zokaie and his team have been so welcoming, understanding and helpful throughout the process. I have received the best possible treatment with regard to my skin, helpful advice with my skin care whilst on accutane and off accututane. I could not recommend Dr Zokaie and his team more highly.

Went to Linia skin for my acne and acne scar treatment and from the time of my enquiry to consultation it was a smooth journey. The team were great and always accommodating. I had my consultation with the dermatologist and he was very empathetic and knowledgable. He was very thorough and examined me and started me on treatment. My acne is now cured as bd I have already started my scar laser treatment and I’m already seeing amazing transformation. If you suffer from acne or acne scarring this is the clinic for you.

I had some pretty bad acne at the beginning of the year and within 8 months it has cleared extremely well. I had delayed going on Roaccutane up until now because i had heard about unpleasant side effects but this was managed very well by Dr Zokaie and I didn’t experience anything adverse. Wish I had done it sooner!

I visited this skin clinic few weeks ago in August in the hope that my skin will get better as soon as I went there I saw dr zokaie in the hope that he will help me with my skin however the appointment felt so rushed he didn’t listen to any of my concerns in fact just laid out so may products that I had to purchase which had cost me over £400!! I still walked out in the hope that these products would help my skin even though my concerns were not heard. He just prescribed me antibiotics, dalcin r lotion and so many other had tablets which have made my skin 100x worse. However, two weeks later I sent a email raising my concerns regarding the products stating that the products given are making my skin worse, stinging and burning everytime I applied, I was ensured that there was nothing to worry about. I then called back few days later stating I would like to see dr zoakir again which I was I told I had to pay another £189! To see him which I did as I was really worried about the state of my skin at this time. As soon as I went in he told me he only had 10 mins with me as he had to attend a zoom call ( despite the fact I was 20 mins early and he was running late with his current appointments. I raised my concerns with him and he responded back “ oh your skin is too sensitive “ just stop using anything and wash your face with water
. At this time I had lost hope as I had spent so much money on these products for him to tell me to stop using them when I had told him that my skin was super sensitive. As soon as I got home I stopped using these products and 3 weeks later my skin is looking a lot better. please stay away from this clinic he does not listen to any concerns it just felt super rushed and they just want your money!!!!!!

Had me treatment for acne and went very well and I’m happy with the outcome. Dr Simon was very helpful and gave the right support throughout the whole treatment.

I have had long standing issues with Acne scarring and hyperpigmentation. With difficulty accessing a Dermatologist in Ireland, I expanded my search to the UK. After an extensive search I found Dr Zokaie's Credentials matched my skin concerns very well.
The entire process was seamless with an App used by the clinic meant that I could have a video consultation in Ireland. I was then prescribed a tailor made treatment plan to address my skin concerns.I have received world class treatments using the latest in technology and research. Dr Zokaie and his esteemed team (Chanelle & Verity) have been truly amazing.
So far I have seen a vast improvement in my skin and look forward to continued improvement.

Roaccutane Treatment

An extremely comfortable and effective process. Everyone was very welcoming and understanding, from the receptionist all the way to the doctor. The treatment process was explained very clearly, with the prices and timeframes included. I can truly recommend Linia Skin Clinic for those with any acne concerns.

I have a severe skin problem and I was getting nowhere with NHS. I contacted Linia and was seen by a consultant dermatologist the following day. I needed skin biopsy and again this was arranged very quickly, in the meantime I was given a prescription for medication to ease my condition whilst waiting for the histology results. Two days after the results returned I was given a preliminary treatment plan by the consultant. Very impressed by the professionalism of the staff

Dr Zokaie is very professional, quick and friendly. I went to him to get my mole removed and ended up not only having my mole sorted out but also receiving some Botox. I am very happy with the whole procedure.

I had a wart on my forehead and was getting bigger and bigger I luckily find the LINIA skin clinic I took an emergency appointment and Doctor Simon solved my problem in 5 minutes. I didn’t feel any pain everything was so quick and perfect.
Incredible team, well organised and they are so lovely, kind, warm welcoming. They are really looking after you well. Definitely recommend them.
