I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. My affiliate commissions have been pending for almost **3 YEARS**, and despite countless follow-ups, my issue is still unresolved.
The company responded to my review with an apology and promised to investigate the matter. But what is the point of apologizing publicly when you still ignore my messages on Microsoft Teams/Skype and fail to resolve the actual problem?

Keeping affiliate commissions pending for nearly three years is unacceptable. I have spent enough time chasing this issue, and I am tired of receiving promises without any meaningful action.
If the company genuinely cares about its affiliates, it should prove it by responding to my messages and resolving this long-standing payment issue instead of simply trying to protect its public reputation with apologies.
