I placed my order in December 2025. I received 3 emails regarding the shipment of my shoes. I had to inquire about my order to receive responses from them. First, they said my order was missing. They requested my shipping address to confirm. I felt stupid doing that but I did because their product looks good. Now I know it's FRAUD and deceiving. The last email said they thoroughly inspect before shipping. Now to a point I am frustrated so I requested my money back. I'm not sure at this point when that will happen. This operation should be banned and investigated.

The shoes I ordered do not fit (I ordered my traditional size) way to large. These shoes have no arch support. They are of very inferior quality. I requested to return the shoes and was denied. I will throw these shoes in the trash as I don't even think they are good enough to give to a charity. My advise is to never buy from this company.

Linnaco and Nime Brand appear be the same company, the registered address in Spain is the same for both trading names

Does NOT measure blood glucose , only pulse and oxy in blood. FALSE, Sent 2 Emails for return with NO response. FALSE FALSE wont respond! Worthless

Ordered a non-invasive glucose monitor and received a pulse oximeter instead. Sent several emails to try and resolve issue and got no return contact.

Their web site states an address in Spain but the product(s) are shipped from China.
Do not order from Linnaco (Credit card will show "Linndeal"). They are a complete scam.

Order #22052 I ordered a Master Unlocker+1 and recieved a $2 junk bag. Never got what I paid for. Ripoff pieces of shit.

Complete ripoff . Took my money and claimed they mailed my item , nothing came and I can't contact them . Pretty weak .

I wouldn’t give this company. It’s a crooked company I ordered 1item and they charged me for 4. No way to cancel it. They don’t answer text or email. Stay away!

I placed order #20871 with Linnaco through their Shopify store over six weeks ago.
The only thing that ever arrived was the small free gift that came with the order — the actual item I paid for was never delivered.

I’ve contacted the company several times by email and through their website but have received no response at all. It’s been very disappointing, especially given the lack of communication.

I’ve now had to file a dispute with my payment provider to try to get my money back.
I’d advise anyone thinking of ordering to proceed with caution until the company resolves their customer service issues.

Chinese scam. Do not buy. Looks nothing like the photos and sizes are not accurate. They will not let you return items. Chinese Communist scam.

Item photos are not accurate. Items received are cheap knock-offs that arrived damaged and unusable. Multiple attempts to request a return for refund have gone unanswered.

Total scam, do not order from this company - please. I've ordered 2 water guns in the beginning of May. Not receieved anything so far. No replay to e-mails and no credit!

Linnaco is a company out of Spain.
They are con artists which should have never been put on the Pine Crest website.
They do not deliver what they advertise and are out of reach of the BBB,

Fake company… also parading as nimebrand.. office in spain non existent.. takes your money offers a free gift which dose arrive. But the item you paid for doesn’t….
