I was searching for a cross body bag and came across not only what I wanted but a steal of a price Gucci bag ! Without reading reviews I paid for the bag but then with no commutation with knowing about anything and reading reviews I had concerns that being said the item came to me and turned out to be a real bag so please don’t be put off from buying from this company

There is no other way to contact them. No confirmation on shipping etc

I sent this company back a faulty handbag, which they kept and did not refund me for. I have had to take this company to court, they have made one payment! But now have stoped paying. They are also trying to dissolve their company, I’m guessing this is as they do not want to pay people. Do not buy from this company.

Paid for trainers 8/5. Received email acknowledging order. Never heard from again. No response to any of my messages or emails since. Ignored PayPal. Now had to escalate case. Fingers crossed I get my money refunded.

Beware - they take your money but don’t send your goods.

Their website says they are rated excellent on Trustpilot - that’s a lie! Stupidly, I took them at their word instead of checking here.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 25 April, not cheap either. No dispatch notice. I emailed a few times, no reply. I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back and they ignored them as well. Their PayPal email is a private individual rather than a business one, which also feels a bit off.

Got my money back in the end but only because of PayPal. Avoid this company!

7th day from me buying an item, still not arrived

Been over 3 weeks my item has not been shipped. They have ignored all my emails and the telephone on the site is incorrect. Do not purchase from this site!!

Placed an order on the 25th of March, no delivery updates as of the 6th of April , no answer from customer services email!

Item not received email sent but no reply still waiting

Do not shop here! There was zero communication from them, and the only way I could communicate with them was through PayPal but they refunded my money when I clearly said I was happy to wait. After waiting more then 3 weeks they just refunded with no explanation as to why.

This shopping online is legit. Having a very nice first impression, the customer service is great. Thank you .
