Fast and easy, with a great price

I agree with all the other one-star reviews on this site. Beware when buying from this company. I ordered a men’s robe (cost $121 but, wait! that went down to $105 as soon as I’d placed my order! 😡) and when it arrived, the sizing was wrong, the quality was terrible (shedding, etc), and there was a 3-4” hole in the back of the sleeve. I’d read their “30-day Guarantee “, so emailed them. What an unbelievable response! Yes, I could return it…at my expense, so to the tune of $40-80!! OR…they’d give me a credit of 30%. Are you kidding me?? Fortunately, I’d paid through PayPal (as I often do with orders from foreign countries) and I’ve officially filed a claim with them, so they are taking over the dispute for me. If I hadn’t had them, I would have been left with a product fit for the garbage and no refund. This cements my determination to only buy North American goods in the future. Just because they have a pretty website doesn’t make them trustworthy. This company also goes by the names Noviroa and Primecore. Buyer beware.

Your product popped up in search and compared to Logitech's pricing is much better. Also disappointed with quality of Logitech - defective manufacturing. Cannot fit USB port. Very basic. Hope your work. Also the range is better than Logitech's more expensive version

This company is based in China and though the website says, "SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund — hassle-free." when I tried to return my purchase, they offered a 10% refund on the price and to keep the item or a 50% store credit. When I insisted on returning my purchase for a full refund, they upped the partial refund to 30% and said I'd have to ship the item to China to get a full refund – which I'd only get if they received the item at their Chinese warehouse. I can't spend any more time or money on this, but the company is deceptive and I do not recommend buying anything from them.

Fast and easy to order, but received a defective item. They asked for a video showing the item is not working properly which I did. Now the process for returning is a nightmare. They’re offering me 30% refund without shipping it back or I need to pay shipping which is around 40$ for an item that cost me 105$. So I would not recommend buying from them since they aren’t return friendly with customers that have issues with the product they bought from them.
