Absolute bunch of scammers take your money and when you try to communicate the e mails are ignored, I bought a t shirt in June and had to exchange it for a larger size I sent it back and nothing. They still have my money I have no t shirt and customer service is non existing you just get an automated response that says we will contact you when we can but they never do so I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this bunch of scammers AVOID THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET IT BACK YIU CANNOT EVEN PHONE THEM BECAUSE ALL THE NUMBERS ARE FAKE AND NOT RECOGNISED SO ABSOLUTELY AVOID

I have now purchased from Lion Legion 2 or 3 times. Really good quality, prompt and tracked deliveries, reasonably priced. Love the slogans. Highly recommend and I will be using them again.

They have taken my money, the order was delivered back to them because of the AI auto fill. Now they won't answer emails, the phone number is dud and I feel ripped off and like their T shirts, P***Ed off!!!!
Funny that they would still take another order off me today (I didn't, just testing)!!!

Further; appears this "company" is coming off the Company website and filed for this in May, no chance of getting any products or money back then!!!! 😡

They have recently asked me to review one of the products I am supposed to have????
If only I could swear and curse on here!!!!

LL 95368 Ordered 2 tee shirts in May 2025. Received one but never the other. Have received this automated email multiple times in answer to my queries but never a “human” response or answer. I’m furious they are playing on their reputation as veterans. Two years now and I’m still down £25. Pray nothing goes awry with your order because frankly they don’t give a ****.

Delivery on time, good communication, great selection, resonable prices, good quailty items.

My wife ordered three T-shirts. Two were incorrect and we tried, tried and tried to contact their customer service! We received no response from them. We eventually returned the incorrect T-shirts via tracked Royal Mail but have still not had any response or refund from Lion Legion. This business used to be okay but it has morphed into a typical Rip Off shower who are happily taking pensioners money and treating them appallingly. It would appear that the business has gone under and were trading illegally???

Perhaps the shop began in a positive attempt to sell shirts. It has either had to begin closing down shop (due to financial difficulties) or it's a scam. I ordered a shirt and tried 4-6 or 7 times to communicate with this website only to receive the same generic robotic response that they would get back to me in 48 hrs. they never did. They did however clear my check with my bank. My bank is investigating.

Just awful service, completely ignored every single email, couldn't care less about customers as you can see by reading the comments here. Cowboys

Made a purchase of two T shirts from this company via an email received offering a 15% discount, RARE15, was the code. This was not applied at the point of purchase, I've emailed them a minimum of three times with no response even thought they say a reply of up to 48 hours can sometimes happen. If I'd known they use Evri delivery courier service I would not have made the purchase, will edit this review if necessary when I receive my goods. Terrible non customer service I will not be buying here again. It's also worth mentioning that they charge two package and posting charges even though they were ordered at the same time and will probably arrive in one package.

Have bought from this company a couple of times,have to say that not only does the sense of humour of the writing appeal to me ,but the service is incredible too!
The quality of the garments is such that they will wash and wear repeatedly. Will be back for more.

T Shirt arrived. print was too big, off centre and squint. the t shirt itself is nothing like the one advertised different shape and a faded black instead of jet black. I emailed support to return. I recieved a reply asking for a picture and giving a link to a returns portal. I provided a picture alongside the advertised picture for comparison and I've hear nothing since. The returns link doesnt work.

Received products but late and had email confirmation agreeing I could return them, i returned them with tracked delivery but since then they have refused to engage. 11 week, 12 emails and nothing, no acknowledgement, dialogue, absolutely nothing. Very poor on all levels.

Bought as a gift for my partner and he loved his grumpy t-shirt. Really pleased with the quality and size, well packaged and fast delivery thank you. I've bought from here twice now and will be shopping here again. Definitely would recommend.

I really thought I had found a decent honest company, unfortunately not ,I ordered my 5th garment from them in January, garment arrived but wasn't as advertised,I Emailed them explaining the issue,I got an automated reply with in 5 minutes explaining the process for complaints,3 days later I received an email asking for a photo of the garment,I did exactly what they asked for and sent the Email, absolutely nothing since ,even after 3 Email's requesting an update,and still nothing,phone number is not connecting, absolutely disgusting way to treat customers,my advice keep clear of these charlatans.

Funny, good quality cotton. Timely delivery.
