I ordered two bottles from this company, I had never placed an order with them before. I expected to receive an in-person delivery requiring a signature of someone 21 and over but what I received instead was an unsealed box left on my doorstep with product that definitely did not look properly sealed. I have emailed the company at least 5 times requesting a refund and requesting contact from management over what happened only to be either ignored, put off or told that their orders are all final sale and that even products received in unusable condition, illegally shipped, etc are not eligible for a refund. This company is a complete scam, it was a huge mistake making a purchase from them. I wish I had looked further into the company before even considering it, I have filed a complain with BBB as have many others.

If you order from the company they will take your money and never see the bottle. They have a history of doing this. I lost $750 and work with them over 3 months and received nothing but lies from them. Please run from doing business with them.

Liquor Bar Delivery is a drop ship company. Basically they take your money and order from Nestor Liquors. They aren't a real package store or warehouse shipper. So when you see something on their site your probably seeing someone else's merchandise that they are flipping for a profit. I ordered a bottle of Stagg and after 5 emails with no real reply except for one of the replies was from someone at Nestor's Liquor in California. That's when i realized they were drop shipping and after 18 days of waiting for my order I called their customer service number. The rep was nice but claimed to not know where my bottle was. Then I asked her if they drop ship from Nestor Liquor and there was a pause and she answered yes. So her claim was that they were out of stock and gave me a refund of my money. We'll see. If it doesn't hit my credit card company in 3 to 5 business days I will be contacting my credit card company and getting that refund. So basically if you want to order online get it from a real package store that delivers nationwide. NOT FROM LIQUOR BAR DELIVERY. You might not get your order. I asked her why they didn't notify me of the shortage in the stock. Again, more silence. Then it was the I don't know answer. Don't trust it. The customer service is HORRIBLE! ZERO ⭐️'s

Was over a week before they packaged my order. When I received it they sent me the wrong thing. Been trying for a month to get the correct product and they told me they don’t have what I ordered. So basically instead of telling me that from the beginning they packed up something similar and sent it to me, knowing it was wrong and they they would never refund my purchase.

They billed me instantaneously, but never sent a receipt and are now pretending they know nothing about it. "Send us your order number" but I don't HAVE one because they NEVER SENT A RECEIPT. AVOID THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS.

Horrible. Should have read reviews here first. Ordered a Pappy Van Winkle and Stagg bundle.
Label was created and never shipped. When I emailed then called they finally took another week to ship and then I only received the Stagg. I knew it. Stopping credit card payment until they deliver the Pappy as
promised.

If I could give them a zero, I would. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!! I made a purchase on 4/21/2026 at which time I was advised 7-10 days for delivery. It is now June 3, 2026 and I have been emailing twice a week for 6 weeks to get status. The best response I can get from them is "let me check on that". What kind of organization does not have electronic records of orders and inventory to offer an immediate update on shipping?! I will be contacting BBB and credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This is the absolute worst liquor distributor I have ever dealt with.

I placed a sizable online order and was told it would ship quickly. Soon after, I received multiple notifications claiming delivery had been attempted and that I needed to pay an additional $30 for re-shipment.

The problem was that I had already been informed the product was out of stock and could not be fulfilled, with a lower-priced bourbon offered as a substitute.

The company's communication was completely contradictory. I was told they couldn't issue a refund, then informed a refund was being processed, and later told they were still "looking into it."

No one seemed to know what was going on, and I received different answers every time I contacted them. The entire experience was frustrating, confusing, and unprofessional.

I will never do business with this company again and would strongly caution others before placing an order with them

Ordered $400 of liquor that never received. When asked for status several times I was told they are checking on it. Never received the merchandise or credit. I had to dispute with the credit card to get my money back. Six weeks since I ordered and still waiting for my money.

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! I paid for product I didn't receive. After 9 email attempts and phone calls that simply hang up on me I've gone through my credit card company to get my money back. I very seldom write a negative review but these people are thieves and I feel obligated to share my experience to protect anyone else from going through what I've been going through since March 15 2026.

These thieves refused to ship my order in its entirety in a timely manner, and went radio silent when their partial shipment was returned to sender and I demanded a refund. It's been over a month since I placed the order, and I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank. I'm still waiting on the dispute to be resolved, and my money is in limbo. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any purchase in my life.

Horrible company placed the order on 31 January. Told me the label shipping waited a week double checked it still hadn’t left the factory. Another week goes by. I tracked the number. It doesn’t give me any information. I called the delivery service. They said it hasn’t been shipped yet. I called the company. They say it has been shipped yet and then the next day they write me oh, we’re gonna ship it now and I never got my product big fraud. They should be shut down.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I feel like I've been lied to multiple times. I made a purchse on January 27th with a delivery date of Feb 5th. That date has come and gone.... Customer service said it would ship out with in 1- 9 days... so I waited... It's now been 22 days. A UPS label was created, but nothing has shipped. BUYER BEWARE!! I do not have the warm fuzzies that I will ever receive my bottle. I don't want anyone else to get put into this same situation. I confess- I did not check the reviews before I purchased. Shame on me.... I would have seen that they have 1.9 stars and should have gone to another resource.

Horrible customer service. I only recieved partial delivery. They never respond. I am now fighting with Amex to reverse the charge. They have literally robbed me of over $1000. They are criminals and a scam

Giving credit where credit is due.
Jan 26: I ordered a bottle.
Jan 27: Received email saying shipment for order #65835 was on the way with a tracking number. When I clicked the link it said UPS hadn't received the package yet.
The order page on the website said it's on it's way and expected Jan 30th.
Jan 29: Reached out to Cust Serv via email for order updates and they said it's currently in process.
Feb. 6: Order delivered with the most impeccable packaging and wrapping I've ever seen! The way this bottle was wrapped, it could've been used in the Super Bowl and would've come out unscathed!!

At the end of the day, you just need to know their shipping policy page says orders ship within 1-9 days, the communication and tracking is "off", but I received my order in perfect condition and it was indeed shipped within that time frame.
Their shipping confirmation/communication just needs some work.

Absolute trash. As you will find other people mention in these posts they shipped me broken bottles and since then have been absolutely useless. They are unresponsive and the toll-free number goes to some recording that nobody checks. Trash stay away

Terrible company and customer service. Paid a fortune for expedited shipping. They shipped the items out after the estimated delivery time. Requested a refund for expedited shipping fee five times. Customer service refused to refund.

Don’t order from liquor fright , you will be scammed.

Terrible service. Never delivered the promised products. I should have researched these guys ahead of time. Hope this saves someone out there some time and money. Do not use these guys.

THiS IS A SCAM!!! Order a decanter, paid a fortune for 3 day delivery and gave me the date it was supposed to be here. It arrived 5 days after shipping. Seal was broken, box was wet, smelled like bourbon, the decanter was broken and paint pealing off. They refused a refund and told me they would replace. That was a week ago and now they aren’t answering my emails. Horrible horrible le company and scam!!
