STEER CLEAR**

My order 'dispatched' April 1 (yes!) has not arrived. Tracking doesn't work. £33+ paid for 'Ralph Lauren' half-zip polo.

Looks as if it may be over to the credit card company! Perhaps it will still arrive, but hopes on quality are low.

** MY order ARRIVED. Quality not bad but it might have been better (?). It fits well. Communication could be better ... not the worst? I reckon the half-zip Polo is a little expensive ... but at least I got it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is my experience:
(1) I ordered two Ralph Lauren quarter zip jumpers from the website
(2) The garments took weeks to be shipped from China
(3) The garments duly arrived and they were not even close to those illustrated on the web page in terms of fabric and colour
(4) After providing them with the information they required, they authorised a refund
(5) I then had to post the garments to an address in Brazil (yes, you read that correctly) and the shipping cost me £26
(6) I have been refunded for the value of the garments, but despite many emails, they are obviously not interested in covering the shipping costs.

For your own sake, don't waste your own time and money.

I ordered a Ralph Lauren shirt and shorts online. What I recieved after a long delay were fake products with no garment labels and made of very flimsy man made material. Not legal products and very poor quality.

I couldn't believe my eyes.
I ordered €80 worth of junk from China.
Returning it would have been such a hassle that I just threw it away unused.

I haven’t even ordered from this company but thank God for Trustpilot. How can people get away with doing this kind of thing? Absolutely shocking!

Items arrived late, and of extremely poor quality. Advertised as Ralph Lauren but very poor quality. Clearly counterfeit items. Unable to get a refund. Customer service not responding. Don't ever order anything from this business. No opportunity to give it "0" stars. Absolutely appalling!

You order with them and forget that you will get your order.it may take months.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. This companies site is a complete rip off. The pictures and description look and sound good, the price reasonable the product you get is fake rubbish. Now they will not answer my requests for a refund. Don't make the same mistake as me!!

Seriously people ,this is a complete rip off company advertising big brand logos but delivering absolute poor quality knockoffs..
How can google not respond to all these bad reviews and be legally responsible for letting the public consumer get ripped off..!. Seriously ??

Nothing was right with this business:
1 - bought what should have been a high quality polo jumper, received a cheap fake brand peace of cloth
2 - promised fast delivery, it took 3 weeks to arrive. Follow up on the shipment is on possible through a dedicated app. I didn't do it...

This website isbselling fake and unbranded products. They do not have labels on them and they are not original either. I bought some jumpers from their website and when they arrived, they seemed to be fake, unbranded and poor quality.

Please avoid. It's a scam website.

Received the goods and very poor quality. Make it hard to get a refund. Don't waste your money.

It's fake. You will be wasting your money. This for you guys working to take people money. I wouldn't stop . I will go every page you have with different names & let people knows . Because you don't want to refund me lol

Absolutely awful!!!
I ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas, it arrived and it was the cheapest thing i have ever seen. The material was shocking. I have tried to contact the customer services and so far no luck in getting my money back. I am going to raise a case with my bank!

This smacks of eredon revamp why does google not do anything about these bogus companies using google adds to sell fake products. And although i conyactrd the real ralph lauren customer services to let them know they dont really seem interested.

Very cheap material from China. Though they take the name of UK/European law. Trying to reach them for refund, they are not replying email. There is no phone number as well. No mode of communication.

Would give zero if I could.

Their add is misleading using quality pictures but it's not what they send. Avoid these people

This company is beyond 0..they need to be reported as it is all fake merchandise..going under the raulph Lauren logo..ordered 2 jumpers for over £60..they came today after a month or so...omg...terrible just terrible quality a sticky raulph Lauren logo on front which will come off in the first wash...no label on inside even...do not order from this place..totally bad scammers..I'm gonna try and email the real company to let them no about this so they can maybe shut them down?...so annoyed I got scammed.
