The product they displayed online is not what they mailed to me. It is a complete scam. The product was marketed as a western holster but looks like something a child plays with. I will never again use this company and suggest you don't either.

Absolute rubbish. Not what I ordered. Totally different pattern, material and shape. I paid to send back but obviously fake address as it returned to me so I got scammed by these people twice. I should have just torn up $150 and thrown it in the bin. Do Not purchase anything from this company. My score is -10 not even zero.
Very disappointing and I bet they do not answer my email I sent AGAIN today with a refund. If they do I will certainly let it be known here they answered me.

If only I could rate a 0...This company is a SCAM...they're very happy to take your money but when the clothes finally arrive..there is no label on it...extremely poorly made and rubbish fabric....then it costs you $40 to return to a warehouse in a back lane in China...when you check the tracking it has stopped half way...so therefore there is no refund. They promote themselves being in Melbourne in Victoria but they are not...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY...I'll say it again..DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY...They are bad news!!! plus they have disabled themselves from Google Review.

If I could give a 0, I would, the WORST company to deal with EVER!! Ordered a two piece suit, the wrong top was sent. It was an absolute nightmare to resolve, asked for a reply paid envelope so I could return THEIR MISTAKE, nope, they fought me tooth and nail 🤬 so I asked for a refund, they wouldn’t give me a refund until I sent product back AT MY OWN COST!! $25, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, EVER!!!!

I had a terrible experience with this online dress shop. Despite confirming with them that I could return a dress if it didn’t fit, they made the process impossible. The dress I received was extremely poor quality and looked cheap. When I requested a return, they initially offered me 30% of the cost to keep the dress or a 60% store credit—neither of which I wanted.
I ended up paying for the postage to return it, only to find out the return address was in China. Over two months later, they claim they haven’t received it and refuse to refund me. I’ve paid for a dress I will never wear and wasted additional money on postage.
The customer service was appalling, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

BEWARE of this company - you will not get what you pay for from this Chinese company. The return address is the same for Aussieoutfits - also a scam where you will not get what you pay for

Materials - advertised as linen what you get us 100% polyester

Design - shape of pants, shape of top and shape of dress were completely different from pictures

Pattern on material, trim, buttons are all different from advertised

There was a vague similarity in the pattern but the lack of details, trims and placement of pattern elements meant these items look cheap - (and of course the completely different shape and polyester material.)

It took a long time for products to arrive and to find they are not what was ordered and in fact come from China not from Melbourne.

Return cost = $25 or more in postage, and that is only if do so in the limited timeframe.

They will offer partial discount or vouchers if you complain but they are banking on the fact that postage is so expensive.

A voucher is useless as you will not get what you think you are ordering again (trust me I tried the voucher)

BEWARE - THIS COMPANY SEND INFERIOR PRODUCTS NOT FIT TO THROW IN THE BIN. THE PRODUCTS ARE SO BAD I WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR DUST RAGS. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE ONLINE OMBUDSMAN FOR THEIR DECEITFUL ADVERTISING. SENT THE RUBBISH BACK TO CHINA 12 WEEKS AGO , STATING THEY NEVER RECEIVED AND STILL WAITING A CREDIT. PLEASE COMPLAIN TO THE OMBUDSMAN TO GET THEIR WEBSITES SHUTDOWN 😡😡😡

To all people planning on purchasing from this company! Be aware! The clothes are of a very poor quality. They are sent from China. Its near impossible to get a refund. They need to abide by the Australian ACCC Guidelines. After many emails and lots of promises from said company, I am still waiting on my refund.

The dress that arrived was Not like the picture and was an awful fit.Even though they say you can Return in 30 days they do not reply to your emails.
I have sent 3 emails to return the dress and hopefully get a refund but they refuse to send an address for me to return or Even reply to my email. This Company is a disgrace, do Not buy from this Company they are very dishonest.

What an absolute disgrace this company is! Says it’s based in Melbourne with quality photos and garments. The clothing comes straight out of an Asian sweatshop! Absolute rubbish items, not labelled and nothing like the photos. I was sucked into buying 3 articles, all dreadful and completely different to what I’d ordered.
Thank god for PayPal although I was significantly out of pocket after having to send their crap back to China! Worst online experience ever!!

This is a dishonest site. Order is from China and items that arrived were nothing like what the images I bought from. Lesson learnt to always check reviews prior to purchase. Different cut, poor quality fabric, different colours and shape. Do not buy from this site. I agree, they do not deserve one star.

Absolute scam company says Melbourne based but comes from China. Sent my order back as a lot of discrepancies to what I ordered. Still waiting on refund. Their customer support person Ella responds quickly. But tracking has arrived yet they deny. DO.NOT BUY from this Dodgy disgraceful dishonest company!!!

Didn’t receive order, emailed them they said it was delivered and to check neighbours and Post Office . My order is nowhere!! The courier company imile l can’t track .

I was sent a dress totally different to the one I ordered and it was of extremely poor quality. Despite continued assurances that I would get a refund on return of the dress and Australia post tracking the package, this company denies having received it. Emails are answered very promptly but are just full of excuses. I do not recommend buying from this company . I really don’t even want to give them one star.

This company is a total scam. I received my goods & the quality of the garments were appalling. As soon as I received the garments I became suspicious. I applied for a refund & after several offers of me keeping the products & getting a very minuscule refund - I asked for a full refund. When I was given the return address, which I had to pay for, I googled it & the address was non-existent & there was no such company!!

I purchased a 2 piece set from Lisa Lisa. It took quite a while to arrive so I emailed them. I must say that they responded to all my emails promptly. However the quality of the garment is terrible. It is totally different to what they advertise on their website. Just a shonky, cheap rip off. I will NEVER purchase from this website again. Waste of my $100 that I regret spending with them.

Item was nothing like the picture. It’s clearly a dupe of some actual two piece ladies pants and top. Bit quality is nothing like the picture.
