I would like to let you know you have hired an incredible tech and customer service employee. Danny Salisbury of the Colorado Springs store is not only knowledgeable and can fix any tech issue but explains everything step by step.I am so impressed with him. Danny is the only one I would go to when I need to buy anything for my home theater. Thank you Danny for your help!!

I recently bought a music streamer from this company. Through no fault of the streamer, or this company, the device stopped functioning. After numerous and lengthy phone calls with related companies, I finally telephoned ListenUp. Molly listened to my situation, then referred me to a coworker named Scott. Both of these people were extremely helpful and professional. I can't thank them enough. They took the time to help me even though what I really needed was tech-support. Because of their assistance, I was finally able to resolve the issue. I will be forever grateful.

I went to their website to see what was available before driving to the store in Denver. I was looking for a pair of speakers for my computer. Instead, every link I clicked on had an annoying sales rep messaging me with another question and a hard sale approach. It was nice to be able to close the window and avoid such nonsense! Can't imagine what it would have been like in person.
