VRT calculator seems off for hybrid vehicles, got a different quote at the garage

They charged my card for a monthly subscription without my permission! I only bought an e vignet for Slovenia for 16 euros but then they kept charging me monthly with 37,90.
I was not made aware of this. Apparently its hidden in the terms and conditions.
Listen to the other reviews and never never buy from them again. They are scammers!

Sú to šmelinari, podvodníci, strhnú vám po pár dňoch 37,90€ za jednorázový nákup diaľničnej známky. Pozor na nich, firma sidliaca v Dubline.

I only wanted to make a one-time purchase for a vignette. I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription. However, I was later charged €37.90 for a subscription.

What is particularly concerning is that an account was created with a password I did not create myself. The subscription information is apparently buried in the terms and conditions, meaning you can easily overlook it if you don’t read every detail.

When I requested a refund, I was told that I had accepted the subscription and therefore no refund would be given.

This feels extremely misleading, especially for first-time customers. Check your account and payment details carefully after using ListoCar.

I would strongly recommend reading every single condition before making what you think is just a one-time purchase.

Fraude absoluto. Son lo mismo que histodrive, intente sacar una e vignette para Eslovenia con ellos y no recibí lo que pagué, al reclamarlo me decían que ya estaba tramitado y no podían hacer devolución. Días más tarde me intentaron cobrar una especie de subscripción mensual que obviamente no había aceptado… nefasto.
Además tienen un servicio de atención al cliente pésimo.

WARNING! UNEXPECTED CHARGES!!! They tried to deduct 37.9 EUR monthly fee for a hidden subscription after I bought a highway vignette for 16 EUR 2 days earlier. Every customer have an automatic subscription when using Listocar's services, and after 48 hours (and every month thereafter...) they charge 37.9 EUR fee!!! Without special information and/or consent provided!

Avoid, don't go near them. You will be signed up for a subscription plan without that being clear. And they won't refund you either

Někde jsem nechal zaskrtle políčko, ze chci být členem. Ja si chtěl jen koupit dálniční známku. Po 7 dnech vám strhnou 37,90 EUR. Členství vám zruši, ale peníze uz nevrátí. Banda zlodějů. Nekupovat nic.

Same as previous customers: I bought a Slovene vignette and they stole 37,5Eur 2 days later without any warning. Trying to get back the money, but I don't think it will work. They are clearly just a scamming website - at least they sell the vignette...

They are a scam operation, do not recommend at all.
I bought a e-vignette for Slovenia via their website and somehow ended up with a subscription for some kind of car service in Ireland for which they deducted 37,90€ from my bank account. At no point did I consent to that. They explained that I had allegedly subscribed to a "trial offer at a rate of £0.95 for a period of 48 hours, which is automatically converted to a monthly subscription of £37.90 at the end of this period" - which I haven't.

Buy a one time motorway ticket and then they sign you up for a monthy subscription.

This website is fraudulently by misrepresentation deducting £37.90 from your bank account monthly. I cancelled my subscription within 24 hrs. They still took the money from my card and when I queried they told me they couldn’t find my details to refund. They will answer any customer service refund requests via a snarky agent supposedly called Noah who just copies and pastes standard replies to hold on to victims money. I have reported this activity to the police and the consumer ombudsman.

I signed up for a quick €0.95 VRT check. No mention of a subscription. Got charged €37.90 within a few days with no notifications. Very underhanded.

Like so many other people I signed up for the €0.95 two-day trial on Listocar.com for a quick check before buying a used car in NI. The report was adequate. But on my credit card 3 days later I see in addition to the €0.95 I had a charge for the full €37.90 monthly subscription without a clear reminder, and with only 1 HPI check in total I got nowhere with customer service it's not worth even emailing them. It was so sneaky than T& Cs had an automatic deduction unless you cancel your subscription within 48 hours.For ordinary peple AVOID THIS COMPANY their small print of T&Cs is there to "legally" rip you off. An angry never to use again service customer.
