I've just been testing out LitCommerce as I have quite specific needs running my store and channels. The team have been extremely polite, patient, helpful and knowledgable. Where they were not sure of an answer to my question, they asked someone in their team who would know and got back to me within minutes with an answer. An especially big shout out to Jessica and Hannah who were most patient with me over the course of 4 or 5 hours each while I went through lots of the features and troubleshooting. Thank you so much! I'm very new to Litcommerce and time will tell if they are good over the long term but so far they are superb.
I've tested a few options for synching eBay and Amazon listings and orders to Shopify. Litcommerce is the best suited to do the job.

In my opinion, support makes or breaks services like this. Due to the fast-changing nature of ecommerce, things will always go wrong, regardless of who you use. It's how the company deals with issues that's important.

I've had one issue with the app during testing so far. Something didn't work as I expected it to. I contacted support who took some details and said they'd have to pass it on to their development team. I assumed I'd hear nothing back if I'm honest, but I got a live chat the next day telling me the issue was fixed.
If the app continues to run as well as it has so far, and if support resolves problems as quickly as this, then it's a 5-star recommendation from me.
