Tracking needs improvement
The actual service from booking through to the guys who turned up and quickly took away the stuff was great. What dropped them a star was that the tracking, which is a good indicator of when they are likely to turn up only became available less than ten minutes before they turned up. Which means if you were using it to manage your day could have seen me more than ten minutes from home and a missed appointment.

I had 2 garden chairs which seemed impossible to get anyone to collect. After a search I was lucky to find Litta, I had immediate response and a price to collect. They didn’t keep pestering me after I visited the site and after hours of ringing round I decided to accept Litta’s offer. They agreed to collect the next day ! the next morning they not only gave me a time but they kept me up to date via their monitoring of the collection guy up to the to the time he arrived in the car park outside my property. This was an Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble, the guy who collected the chairs was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Litta.

Good experience
Good experience, would recommend. The guys were nice, I stated a reasonably large sofa to be dismantled to remove and the the guys were a little under prepared but stepped up and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The collection team arrived on time and…
The collection team arrived on time and were personable, completing the collection quickly.
However, the booking process wasn't straigtforward and the need to provide photographs of every item was awkward especially if, as with me, the house sale completed a few days before I was able to get a booking so i didnt have unfettered access to the furniture. It was difficult to add items to the order in the few days before collection.
