Disgraceful!
I booked a clearance of my brother’s flat after he sadly died. I paid to have the early morning slot between 8 and 1 as I explained that I would be travelling from Leeds to London. After paying train fare and an overnight hotel stay they DID NOT turn up! I could not get through to customer service but got a message rearranging my collection to the following day. I eventually got through to customer service and requested a refund. It took a month and several emails before I received it. Don’t use this company unless you live locally and don’t mind being messed around.

Communication was excellent
Communication was excellent. I had to reschedule and it was a simple process. Emails were responded to quickly. I was kept informed of the driver's progress. When he arrived, he was polite, efficient and got the job done quickly. Would use again.

Bit of a mix up at first so the pick up was delayed seemingly due to a fussy driver but I was rescheduled. I’m not charged the extra and the head office staff was very polite and helpful.

Nothing was too much trouble.
As I’m disabled, I cannot lift heavy items. The team were very pleasant and helpful on the phone, making the booking, and uploaded photos helped them to see where there may be issues. Friends had got the heavy riser sofa in bits outside, but the kingsize mattress was still upstairs with mobility equipment making the entrance hall quite tight. I needn’t have worried - the team kept me fully informed as to arrival and progress, and made the whole removal look very easy, and not having to move additional items in the way. I highly recommend, and thank the team for being so friendly, kind, and professional.
