This isn't my first experience of taking out business insurance. I've run a part-time property business since 2004.

Due to my recent connections through LinkedIn, I came across Little Ant insurance, based in Torbay, Devon.

I was really unsure about how I was going to insure my new business venture, as my talents and experiences through 30 years of employment were so varied, from Airline, Aviation, Engineering, Property & Housing to wanting to pursue my love of sharing new discoveries in my kitchen. Food and I were on a new journey. We were taking a leap into the unknown.

A number of conversations later, Karen and I had sorted through a number of Insurance options, and I'd made the decision into the known.

I've realised a dream, which has been sitting around for over 10 years. With Karen's help, it became a reality over night.

Thank you to Karen and Little Ant Insurance, for taking the time to really listen and come up with an insurable solution. I have a deep appreciation for the relationship that has developed here, and I will continue look to use the Little Ant Insurance group as I grow.

Highly recommend Little Ant after using them for two policies recently. Karen is helpful, quick to get back to you and nothing seems to much trouble. Prices were good too.

We were receiving ridiculous renewal prices from a well known broker and they left it to 3 days before the renewal to send out the documents. Needed a complex insurance quote, Karen from Little Ant sorted it out really quickly and efficiently with zero hassle or drama, a pleasure to do business with.

I got in touch with Little Ant insurance when our timescales were really tight for cover to be arranged. Karen was so helpful, she reassured me that she was confident cover could be found within the required timescales. Karen supported me with the completion of the necessary documentation and communication was effective throughout. Once the insurance policy was set up we received all the information via the post in a helpful folder accessorised with chocolate, a pen and hand sanitiser- what’s not to love 😊.
