Beautiful earrings, and fab service! Thank you!

Very happy with my purchases. I’ve ordered some early Christmas presents.
Everything arrived promptly and in lovely packaging.
I’ve ordered the advent calendar which is due in November Im looking forward to receiving that. It will be exciting to share these goodies with my daughter in the run up to Christmas.

Appalling company. Ordered earrings on 6th October, still hadn’t received by the 16th October so messaged via website. No reply but strangely earrings were dispatched 19th. They arrived 22nd October (too late for birthday), and one pair are missing!! Emailed twice more and no reply. So I am now a pair of earrings down and no replacement in sight. Never ordering again from this company and would urge people not to order either, unless you want to be ripped off.

Superb, will definitely buy from here again. I love my earrings, which came packaged perfectly. I’ve had compliments on them when wearing them too!

I LOVE the little earring company, they are absolutely amazing! Their jewellery is beautiful, dainty and perfect for literally any occasion; it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg (which is brilliant!!) and its all real silver so piercings don’t go green or anything like that, they are by far the best jewellery brand, and to be quite honest they are better than any major jewellery company!! And I love that fact that is a female business!! 💞🫶🏻

I have ordered from this company several times in the past and have had great quality jewellery with fab service.
I ordered some earrings for my granddaughter which arrived today
They came well within the expected delivery time and she was delighted.
Im looking forward to the advent calendar this year. I loved the one I had last year.

Ordered 5 items on the 29th July, had an order confirmation on the day of purchase and nothing since.
No email confirming the items have been shipped.
I have emailed and sent messages via Instagram as these items were bought as gifts so I needed to get an estimated delivery date.....no response!!
Absolutely terrible that you can not even contact the company, money has been taken and still I have no idea if these items will even arrive.
Clearly this company just want to take people's money, zero customer service skills, would advise caution when dealing with this company!!

Slow delivery, no communication, earrings were ordered on 25th July and didn’t come until mid August, I chased on every email I could find for the company and messaged on instagram asking where the order was, every attempt to contact them was ignored, would not buy from them again.

Ear-rings are beautiful and great value. Wouldn't hesitate to order more for myself or as a gift.

Took ages for my order to arrive. When my order finally arrived the package was open and only contained 1 of the 4 pairs of earrings I ordered. I have emailed 3 times but had no response. I cannot take it further with Royal Mail because I need information from the retailer to do this

Ordered an item as a birthday gift. Item can’t be tracked via Royal Mail and cannot get hold of anyone at the company to get an update.

I wanted to buy something personal to my daughter & l for her 30th birthday & decided to look for some moon and star earrings.lt seemed fitting that l bought them from her favourite small business. I found the perfect pair and received them fairly quickly after ordering.They’re absolutely beautiful and l know my daughter’s going to love them - thank you so much :-)
