Negative experience
My son attended little hoopers at Becontree centre and we was very disappointed with coaches at that centre very unorganised not much interest teaching children overall we had bad experience and when we wanted to cancel our subscription we tried contacting them to tell that but no reply so we just had to cancel DD through bank.
If your child likes basketball and has interest in playing I definitely wont recommend attending classes at becontree centre .

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at the Becontree Centre. We understand how important it is for children to have an engaging, organised, and supportive environment, and it’s unfortunate that we fell short of these expectations during your son’s session.
Unfortunately, on that particular day, we were understaffed due to the last-minute cancellation of two of our coaches, leaving just one coach to manage a session that typically has three. We know that this impacted the quality of the experience, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this caused.
To ensure this doesn’t happen again, we’ve launched a new recruitment drive to expand our coaching team, which will provide better coverage and support in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
