Cheap, I’ll fitting crap.
Until I stumbled across the order email in my inbox today, I’d been wearing the set I bought thinking it was from Shein. Worth noting, the set I bought for holidays is now worn as pajamas as I wouldn’t be seen in it in public.
Dress was a total disaster too. Cheap fabric, no lining, terrible quality. Do not buy, wish I read the reviews first.

Is it just me or is this brand copying the designs of vrg grl and mister Zimi but with inferior products??

Placed an order for over $300 based on sizing recommended on their site. All clothes were miles too large. Had to return all purchases except the bag at great cost. Wanted a size 6 which does not align with measurements provided - feedback from company was "oh they are just a guide". Not good enough, if buying online with no refund policy you need more than just a guide! Expedited a courier package to return items as need credit to be issued before I can reorder. Already one product in my size gone. Now they tell me it will take a awhile to process as they are busy - by the time I receive a credit there will be nothing left in my size and it will be too close to Xmas for delivery. OMG do NOT deal with these guys they are missing the customer service gene - my mistake was not to read Trust Pilot beforehand!

The photos and marketing are very stylish, so I purchased through instagram ads. Sadly when received the garments they were very cheap quality. Thick linen that you'd die wearing in summer.
The fit wasn't quite right and the fabrics were poor quality. And the worst part - when you discover that you've spent too much money on poor quality or bad fit - you can't return. Waste of money. Stay away

Terrible quality. Bought a dress in a size 8 (I am usually an 8-10) and it is so poor fitting and really bad quality. Does not look similar to the photo on the website. I was unable to process an appointment exchange for a size 6 as they are out of stock, so I emailed customer service asking if I could have a refund as I’m so unhappy with the quality and don’t want a store credit to purchase anything else from them. Also as I purchased the dress on sale, the store credit would not cover the cost of the size 6 when it restocks. They told me that I can only get a store credit and repurchase the size 6 when it’s in stock, and completely ignored my point about having to spend more money to get the size 6 as it is no longer on sale.
Note - I tried to leave a review on the dress to warn other buyers but I am unable to. The dress currently has two 5 star reviews

I went through a process of returning twice. Honestly just go to kmart or big w - don't waste your money here.

DON’T Buy from this company. Very poor quality clothing, considering the pricing. Also forget getting a refund, good luck if you try, it’s an absolute nightmare.

Bought five maxi dresses last week and wow, what great value and quality for the price. Great customer service (even during a cyclone!) and super speedy delivery to the UAE. Always a bit daunting buying off Facebook but these super cute dresses will not disappoint. I can attest that they are true to size (maxi dresses anyway), here’s what I bought: Daphne maxi dress in a UK10 (true to size - straps just need shortening), Laina UK12 in two colours (because they didn’t have the 10 - true to size, will get taken in at the bust but the maxi skirt means you can get away with going up a size), Perrine in a UK10 (this one I wish I had got in the 8 - I think it’s the over the shoulder tie-style - will get it taken in down one side), Daniella in a UK10 (true to size, absolutely bloody gorgeous).

I really wish Trustpilot offered a 0 score and even a minus score system. I ordered from this company late at night without first doing a search on Trustpilot which Innever ever do but the Instagram add was so convincing. This is the worst clothing company I have ever bought from. I received the wrong size and once I saw the quality of the pants suit I’d purchased I was devastated. They have learnt from other bad fashion sites not to make their items too cheap because I think people were smart enough to figure out that if it seems too good to be true it probably is. This was affordable, not too expensive and not cheap.
Long delay in receiving this wrong size badly made cheap fabric suit, that smelled like kerosene. DON’T BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS!!!

Ordered 2 shirts for Christmas holidays. Didn’t receive until after New Years. Poor quality fabric. Super flimsy material. Fit not as represented in size chart. When I requested to return items for a refund was first offered a 15% discount on next item purchased. Then told I would have to pay postage back to China although they were mailed to me from California. Buyer Beware!!!! Save your money.

Loved the dress! I got the Julina dress in white. I got so many compliments all night. The dress was quickly delivered, within 3 days. Needed a good iron after unpacking. I went a size up, I’m usually a 12-14 but got the 14 as I’m quiet tall and broad. Flattering design! Will be shopping here again :)

My first order was just ok. Sizing was accurate, quality was just ok. But the print was nice so I bought it. Quality is definitely on the cheap side.
My second purchase was a pair of pants. Sizing was way out. I normally wear a 10 and bought a 12. Which was so small. It was probably more like a size 8. Contacted the company seeking a refund due to inconsistent sizing but they refused a refund and instead offered a credit note. And you have to pay for return postage.
So ladies beware, the clothing sizes are inconsistent, quality is cheap and the customer service inflexible .
Better off buying online with another company that offers refunds, especially if the sizing is inconsistent.

I was a bit nervous about ordering from here, since they do not have many reviews. However, I had been looking at the dresses for a few weeks and could not get them out of my mind, so I ended up ordering them.

I had a few questions about the dresses before I orded, and they answered really quickly! And even send my flat lay measures to make sure I got the correct size. Great customer service!

I live in the UK, and they arrived from Australia a little less than a week later, which was really nice especially during the pandemic!

The fabric of the dresses are a bit different than I think they looked in the pictures. But I could just have researched the fabric stated. However, the dresses fit really nicely! And they are so comfortable to wear!

The quality is quite nice when you think about the price for the clothes. But you cannot expect more than what you are paying for.

However, the reason I am not giving 5 stars, is because the delivery fee is quite expensive, and then you have to pay for VAT and customs. Which of course is my own responsibility to know, however it would be nice if they had made me aware of it anyway as a service. Plus you can only return for store credits.

Love their styles and pieces! I have purchased here a few times and always get a lot of compliments on the pieces! At first glance, sometimes I feel like the quality and prints look different than on the photos online, but after putting them on, they are always amazing!!! The only downside is that they don't do returns and provide credit only.
