It's a shame. Unfortunately, I'm forced to leave a negative review.

I placed a pre-order over a year ago. Up until then, everything went (almost) smoothly. I live in Austria and came across LLT by chance.

So, I have a really long shipping route with additional costs for customs and taxes.

The Mini GT Ford Mustang model in question has now been released, and I contacted LLT to inquire about the status of my order.

They might have already received information about when the item would be ready for shipment.

There were also other items in the order that were in stock at the time, and I even purchased shipping protection based on a previous negative experience.

Well, that was a good week ago, my inquiries remain unanswered, but I still receive their newsletter regularly.

So, the website is still online.

I was hoping they might have gone bankrupt by now, given how they operate.

Well, the other items could have been shipped a long time ago, but as I can see, I can't even order them from their shop anymore. They're apparently sold out. LEGENDARY!!

I think they believe that if they ignore my emails, I'll just give up and abandon the order.

Well, I have plenty of time during the day, so I'll keep at it and then share the news with the world on my blog.

It should be entertaining, and if even one person stops ordering from LLT, they can contact me.

Schade. Leider bin ich gezwungen eine negative Bewertung zu hinterlassen.
Ich habe vor über einem Jahr ein Pre-Order Bestellung aufgegeben. Bis dahin ist alles (fast) reibungslos abgelaufen. Ich lebe in Österreich und bin per Zufall auf LLT aufmerksam geworden.

Ich habe also einen wirklich lagen Postweg mit zusätzlichen Kosten von Zoll und Steuern.

Das besagte Mini GT Ford Mustang Modell ist nun veröffentlicht worden und ich habe bei LLT daraufhin angefragt, wie es denn mit meiner Bestellung aussieht.
Sie könnten ja schon infos erhalten haben, wann der Artikel versandfertig ist.

Es befanden sich auch noch weitere, damals lagernde, Artikel in dem Auftrag und sogar Shipping Protection habe ich aus negativer Erfahrung mitgekauft.

Tja, das ist nun eine gute Woche her, meine Anfragen sind unbeantwortet, aber den Newsletter erhalte ich regelmäßig.
Die Seite ist also noch online.
Hätte ja sein können, dass sie bei der Arbeitsweise inzwischen pleite gegangen sind.

Tja, die anderen Artikel hätten wohl schon lange versendet werden können, aber wie ich sehe, kann ich diese Artikel in deren Shop gar nicht mehr bestellen. Die sind wohl ausverkauft. LEGENDÄR !!

Ich glaube die sind der Meinung, wenn sie meine mails ignorieren, dann werde ich schon die Lust verlieren und die Bestellung abschreiben.

Tja, aber ich habe untertags viel Zeit und werde dran bleiben und es dann in meinem Blog der Welt kundtun.

Soll für Unterhaltung sorgen und wenn auch nur einer nicht mehr bei LLT bestellt, dann können sie sich ja bei mir melden.

Absolutely stoked with the diecast cars i received from Little Luca's Toys. Packed well, arrived safely, kept in the loop about the delivery through tracking information and shipping updates.

Have been purchasing from Little Luca's Toys for years and can't fault them. Information and replies are provided in a timely manner, when mattel has changed the contents of sets I have preordered, LLT has updated the description and addressed any concerns I have had.

They have a great range, great prices and great service. Will be a long time customer for years to come.

I placed a pre-order for Hot wheels and Mini GTs. Understandably I needed to wait for them, however, during this time the customer service, particularly Jess were very friendly guiding me with updates as best they could from their suppliers. After a minor misunderstanding, they were very quick to make amends and gave me a free gift as a kind gesture.

I will definitely order from Little Lucas Toys again in the future

Pre-ordered lamborghini Revuelto, It never came it’s been 2 years, they say they can’t tell its upto manufacturer.

Overall satisfied with them and their professionalism in handling hiccups along the way. Had some pre-orders not come through for a year and they prompted fixed it with a phone call to explain what had transpired. Will definately order from these guys again and recommend them to friends.

Their communication is top notch, every time ive had a question or query it's been answered. All their deliveries are bomb proof packaging with tracking provided. I even had a case where Australia post decided to be Australia post and lose my package from little lucas and Auspost weren't gonn come to the party with remuneration. Matt from little lucas went into bat for me and we got it sorted with the money being credited back to me so I could use it again. If you approach people and businesses with a little respect you'll get it return. And I can't speak more highly of the little lucas crew. Thank you and keep up the good work.
