They are garbage ordered a pillow sent to wrong g apt and says delivered bust there crappy customer service wants me to wait until November 9th to see if it appears magically before I can get a refund dont buy nothing it's a scam

I ordered a gift for our grandsons first Christmas figuring I’m getting it early. It’s been at least a month. 1st bad sign was the tracking # wasn’t normal, then the shipping started & stopped. Now I sent a message with a response, they said I never put my address on it. They said it came to my post office but without an address, they sent it back. I guess this is a new scam. I’m so upset because it was cute & now they have my card # thank god we get notified incase of fraud.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM!!!!!! NO STARS-FRAUD

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I wish I had checked these reviews first. Ordered a “first babies Christmas bauble” It was nothing like the picture on the advert, cheap piece of flat plastic, with cheap transfer letters on and a tiny bit of ribbon. I emailed them to complain that I was very unhappy with the quality, not to mention it cost me £11.99. After several backwards and forwards with emails, they have now told me it’s up to their standards and I won’t be getting a refund. Save your money, don’t risk it!!!

If I could give no stars I would
I ordered a ceramic tree decoration for my son and daughter in law from there new baby boy about to arrive, well what an insult I could never give them this it’s not ceramic it’s thick card cost £11.99 could of got a better one from Temu for £1.50 it’s a joke. Never use this site

Sick of editing my first review so thought I’d write a new one seeing as they have asked for a review into the way they’ve handled my complaint.

51 days since I placed my order for a First Christmas 2025 bauble for my new Grand daughter to gift to her parents. I have refused a replacement since they admitted that it was unfortunately lost even though they said I could have one at NO EXTRA CHARGE!

I explained that the moment has passed, it’s no longer my granddaughter’s first Christmas and it is no longer 2025 and have asked multiple times for a full refund.

They have not given me one, do not look as if they are going to and all I have heard is them asking how they faired dealing with my complaint!

Absolutely disgusting dishonest company who will not take responsibility other than offer a free replacement. I do not want a replacement I want a refund!

Ornament arrived day after Christmas. Was told it shipped on 12/13 with estimated delivery of 12/20 - in time for Christmas. However, USPS tracking shows it was actually shipped on 12/23 and it arrived on 12/26. USPS isn't the reason for the delay - Little Muggle created a label, but didn't give the package to USPS until 12/23 - a full ten days later. Very disappointed!

I has a different review here a few minutes ago saying to avoid! My issue was with the tracking information not being updated and it then it said destination unknown. When I contacted them they said i wouldn't receive before Christmas. I was gutted. It has just arrived and I'm over the moon with it. It's a beautiful cushion and not even just the cover you get the full cushion. It is well made. They really need to update whoever they are using as a courier because I was convinced it was a scam.

After purchasing a special Xmas decoration for my new Grandson to give to his parents celebrating his first Xmas - to "have it lost" in the post - to taking a week to respond to my request about the whereabouts to simply ABANDONING MY ORDER - do not deal with this company - what a horrible, horrible experience!!

Very dissapointed with quality and finish of the Christmas decoration I purchased. Contacted the company but their response was very disappointing stating they were up.to.their standard. Well this is well below mine standard for a gift and will finish off the decoration myself to.make it git for purpose.

Just received 2 tiny cardboard ornaments for the Christmas tree for my grandchildren. Absolute disgrace as the 2 plus postage came to nearly £30.

Really disappointed with the product provided. Cheap looking and poor quality for the price charged. After e mailing the company they said the photos I provided showed the product to be up to their standards and wouldn't consider a refund or replacement. I would not recommend this company.
