Fraudulent Website. I placed an order for a Pet Stroller and paid using Apple Pay. Received a message telling me my order was successful and a second one allowing me to track delivery with a confirmation number on the Shop App. I was contacted by my bank advising this was a fraudulent payment but as payment was still pending they couldn't do anything until I had waited for the expected delivery date to pass. I emailed LOU but it bounced straight back, also called the telephone number which does not exist. The delivery date came and went with no sign of the stroller so I contacted my bank for a chargeback. Company details have been passed to their fraud team and I was given a refund.

Would be zero stars if I could. Ordered an item for my younger brother and it never got dispatched. Tried to email them about my order and the email bounced. Fraud website. Avoid at all costs. Had to go through my bank and go through a charge back as they never refunded me. Scammers.

Placed an order which hasn’t been dispatched, all forms of contact are not valid. Attempted to mail them (bounced as undelivered). Phone number not valid.
Avoid at all costs.
