Exceptional Service
Exceptional service from this wonderful team. I purchased an item which was posted promptly but unfortunately the delivery address failure to pull into the order system correctly meaning that it was sent out without my full address on the parcel. Royal Mail failed to deliver it but returned to sender. Tina was extremely helpful and assured me that when the item returned to her it would be sent straight back to me. True to her word when the item returned to her it was posted back out to me the same day and arrived 48 hours later.

Excellent Service
After I had submitted my order I realised I had made a mistake. I phoned Little Whispers and the call was answered after only a few seconds and by a human - no menus, no Greensleeves, no waiting an eternity. I explained what had happened - 'no problem!" The original order was cancelled and I received email confirmation whilst still on the phone. I submitted a new order and received confirmation by return. I was able to track delivery which was made on the specified date within the specified times. Excellent customer service!
