Absolutely outstanding customer service from Tina at Little Whispers.
I placed an order late in the evening & emailed the sales team asking for the price to be excluded from the package as it was a gift being sent direct.
Tina emailed back almost immediately assuring me she would deal with it. She also offered to gift wrap the present free of charge.
Next day she sent me a photo of the gift wrapped present to check I was happy with it before it was dispatched.
A company with standards that exceed expectations.

Brilliant service all round. Items delivered to Northern Ireland from mainland UK within a couple of days. Kept informed.
I cannot comment on the items as they were gifts sent direct to recipient. However, there haven’t been any negatives from their end.
