Excellent, I have just had my front door and windows done, they have just giving my house a new face lift. Thank you Eric and Team. 🤗

This is the 3rd company that Eric has now setup. Each time he takes peoples money, does a terrible job, then closes the business and starts again. The laws in this country are a joke - if not, he'd be in prison already. He has no idea what he is doing and has never managed to get building control approval for any of the extension that he has done. Whatever you do, don't try to move home following a Inspired Windows and Conservatories or Live-in-Design extension!!

Like Matthew Gray applied for a CCJ against Live In Design (or whatever Eric Vokes wants to call the so called business he runs).
We had windows and doors fitted. The Stable Door was wrong for day 1. To many problems to list here.
This action came after nearly 2 years of time taken constantly contacting Live In Design getting no responses then visits with promise of action and nothing. They (Eric Vokes) even blamed us for problems with the door which was laughable. Finally they agreed to get the manufacturer to provide a new bottom section and sort all the other issues out... BUT at our cost. They were not prepared to pay for anything, which is exactly what they should have done. So rubbish customer service and so much time wasting.
Applied to the Courts for our money back. Had to apply for a CCJ and then after some weeks rang the courts to find out that Live In Design had been put into liquidation.
Basically done to avoid paying out to us and Matthew. A nasty sneaky way to hide behind the company law system of this country.
AVOID any dealings with Eric Vokes in whatever way he resurfaces - at the moment as of Sept 2022 he has created a new company called - LID Home Improvements. Same address and phone number for this 'company' as for Live In Design.
Tell everyone HAVE nothing to do with this lot!

Thank you to Eric and all at Live in Design for our lovely new front door. Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful when we were choosing what we wanted. Tracie kept us up to date with what was going on and answered our questions. The door fitter did an excellent job and had an exceptional eye for detail.
Would highly recommend Live in Design.

Wow! Just had live in design install our front door. This is the second time we have used Eric and the team as we were really pleased with our front door at our old address so we've used them again at the new house.

Currently applying for a CCJ against Live In Design. They fitted my conservatory at the end of 2022 and it started leaking after approx one month! They said they wouldn’t fix the leak even though I had been given a 10 year guarantee, and I’m now having to go through the courts to get the money back I’ve had to spend fixing the leaks!

I'm really pleased with the door that Live in Design fitted for us. The quality is wonderful and is much better for noise and sound insulation than our previous door. Eric and the team were really helpful in advising us of the best door for us and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The fitters were lovely and they went over and above to make sure the finish was excellent inside and out.

Eric has been amazing regarding the installation of a new front door and front windows! Due to unforeseen circumstances my appointment was first cancelled, he handled the situation amazing, great customer service and I then rebooked for 2 weeks later. The installation took less time then anticipated and the fitters were great! very professional and polite not a single issue! would 100% recommend to anyone! Massive thank you to Eric and the Fitters on the day!

we had our front door and patio doors both replaced and couldn't be happier. The door quality is amazing and makes such a difference the the house!

Eric first came to visit me just after the xmas break, he was very knowledgable and gave me advice that other companies failed to mention. Order placed with erics company and installed in march 2023 to a very high standard by the installation team he has working for him. The ladies in the office inforned me every step of the way of the installation schedule and i would have no problems having eric and his company do any work for me in the future or recommend him to my friends and family.

Eric build us our conservatory about ten year ago we have had them back to change the frames and roof to a solid roof system and what a great job they have made of it were so happy the results it has transformed the way we use the living area ,great job live in design and the team . Thank you for the great service .

I've used Live In Design for a number of jobs in the past and presently having my doors replaced. I highly recommend Eric, Tracey and Nicky, they've been fantastic with regards service, supply and installation. Advice is always sound. I've had a conservatory built, doors and windows, and various jobs at other properties.
Eric upholds the values of his business and I would have no hesitation recommending Live in Design, I've always been delighted to work with them.

Ongoing problem with leak in conservatory been back a few times in last 3 years but take realy long time to get back to you normaly 2-3 months now dont bother to get back at all DONT BOTHER TO GET THEM TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU USE SOMEBODY ELSE

Terrible customer service. My elderly parents have been trying to get them to replace failed double glazed units since March 2022. They do not respond to phone calls or emails and refuse to honour the 10 year FENSA guarantee. Avoid.

Eric and the team were very helpful helping me replace my front door with a new composite door. Very happy with the service.
