Have sent numerous emails and online about no service. Haven’t received a response from them. Even if they get back I’ll switch.
Unreliable streaming, no way to get support.

Highly recommended. Great service, very responsive and user friendly.
Live streaming tv is not reliable at all. I spend most of my time reloading the portal and having to resave my favourite channels. Customer service blames my internet connection. I have fibre optic internet and it works perfectly fine with Firestick and Apple TV.
I just started with LiveStreaming TV and so far I'm pleased with their programing and tech support.
River TV's streaming service would be a good stepping stone for people going from cable to streaming except there is zero ways to get customer service. There is only an address and after I sent a letter to them in mid October 2024 I have never received a reply by email or mail, of how it took me over 3 days to figure out how to make the app work and all I was asking for was for 3 extra days from the 20th for my subscription to end. Today is February 19th and they ended my subscription at 10:42 pm last night on the 18th. The app had to be deleted on my TV and reinstalled since they don't seem to update their app. There are about 45 decent English speaking channels on River TV but they have constant glitches. Because they have commercials you can never fast forward and every time there is a glitch they start things over from the very beginning. Yesterday I watched a 2.5 hour movie that glitched and started over after 20 minutes, but then it did it again only 25 minutes to the ending, and that was brutal.
I have been using this service with TIVIMATE for about a year. Options and quality are great. Customer service is amazing. I have had a couple issues (user issues!) that they solved quickly. Highly recommend.
Contacted support about a streaming issue that I had. Alex replied very quickly with some questions regarding my software and setup. After I gave him the requested info, he replied back immediately with clear instructions of what to try that I would never have known to do and the problem got solved. Very happy with the speed and effectiveness of the support I received

Service is not good and experiencing a lot of trouble with buffering. Support keeps repeating the same thing and it does not make any sense even if I explain to them.
I had no service for about 2 weeks without any support and could not watch TV during that time. After 2 weeks they did something and was working fine but still... support is not always great

Lots of buffering. They make you get a vpn and then it still doesnt work. They no longer answer my emails about buffering.
It freezes A LOT, and lately i haven't been getting responses to my service requests when i have issues. Some of the more wanted channels freeze more than the others. I can rarely watch HGTV without it crashing on me. The channel schedules don't always show and sometimes they just don't change. I'll be seeing the schedule for 9:00 am at 8:00 at night.
Do not make the same mistake I did and choose a 2-year plan! The price seems tempting at $6.99/month, but had I known how awful their service was and how unreliable their technology is, I would have never chosen Live-Streaming TV.
My streaming issues started around 2 or 3 months after my initial subscription. Even though they boast their "anti-freeze" technology and 24/7 support, none of that actually exists. They also claim that a VPN isn’t necessary, but during our exchanges, they immediately suggested I add a VPN to resolve lag and loading issues, which I did—only for it to make no difference whatsoever.
I contacted support numerous times, politely and courteously, regarding the countless issues we encountered. Their responses were always vague, failing to truly address the questions or offer any real support.
The fact that we’re unfortunately still subscribed until January 2026 makes me feel like they’re trying to force us off their platform so they don’t have to deal with us anymore.
This is the kind of service Live-Streaming.TV offers: they’ll test your patience to the limit by vaguely answering your questions, ignoring you altogether, or, in the height of arrogance, blocking your access to their support service—as has been the case for us. All this in the hope of driving you away as a customer, making you regret trusting them while they pocket your payment.
We didn’t expect much from a platform like this, but we still hoped for at least some level of service and decent streaming quality—something Live-Streaming.TV is far from providing.
So, DO NOT trust this provider, and don’t sign up for anything beyond 1 to 3 months of service, or you’ll end up disappointed.
I believe they are out of business. The web site is not working, emails bouncing back and not answering the phone lines. Do not buy 1 year subscriptions for any IPTV services. Do month to month because they can shut down whenever they want this being one of them. I have sent in email service requests and getting ignored. Not my emails say I have been blocked.
