We ordered 2 hoodies one for my Wife and one for myself. We ordered them before reading the reviews. I am so glad that we didn’t look at the reviews as we wouldn’t have bought the hoodies . They both arrived this morning. I opened them with a little trepidation. I was really happy with the hoodies. They are exactly as described. We have both had our hoodies on today and have been told how fantastic they look. The material feels really good and the wording on the front and back of the hoodies mean the world to both of us. We have given the transaction a 4 star review as we were charged £16 for postage. David and Elaine Nelis

Emailed them 4 different times requesting a return on an item and will not respond to me. Quality is shocking avoid at all costs!!!

Live Clothing is alright — they’ve got some decent pieces, but nothing really blew me away. The quality is middling: a few items feel good, others less so. The style is trendy, though the sizes run a bit inconsistently. Shipping was okay, but not super fast, and customer service was just average. Good for occasional fashion, but not my first stop for must-have staples.

I would leave a negative if possible. I ordered 2 dresses and firstly they took ages to arrive even though on the website it doesn’t tell you any of this. The dresses turned up and they were gorgeous. One fit perfectly the other was too big. The same day I emailed them to request a return for that dress. They offered me a 15% refund and keep the dress. I went back to say no thank you the dress doesn’t fit I would like a full refund and since then I have been completely ignored. It’s now been over a week either emails every other day from my end and they haven’t bothered to reply to me. Customer service is none existent!! It will get to a point soon were they will tell me it’s to late to return and I am left with a dress I can’t wear!!! I am not impressed and I won’t order again in case it happens again!! So unless you know it will 💯 fit avoid and buy for a company who firstly will respond and secondly have good customer service!!

They are very poor quality hoodies - very plasticky and quite short in length. The price point isn't right at all. They say they give some of the price to mental health charities but now I've looked at it properly, there's no real detail on their website about this. Given the price of Shein hoodies and the fact that Live are shipping from China, I'd expect it to be something like £10-£15 per hoodie going to charities but would be certain it's not the case at all else they'd be shouting about it on their site. This is just a Chinese company making money out of mental health.

Think the quality is terrible. They've just bought a load of hoodies from temu and printed the msg on it. Absolute rip off but didn't id get a refund. Won't recommend from them or buy from them ever again. Scam shop in my eyes. 🤬🤬🤬

Very cheap. Have obviously just bought from Shein and printed logo out on back. Logo was not printed well either. Don’t buy.

Thought Live 2 Live had a good message and wanted to partake in spreading message. Thought products looked good quality. How wrong I was. Waited weeks and weeks, had no information in regards to postage. When product arrived, couldn’t believe how cheap and nasty garment was. Very very very low quality material. Order Lilac hoodie, had loads of green threads hanging off of it. Text was not centred, and text looked nothing like product pictures. Complained, asked to send pics. Have heard nothing since. It’s a big scam. Do not buy.

Quality rubbish like hoodies from shein. I love helping the charity but to take £69 for two hoodies isn’t that cheap plus no refund or exchange only if damaged is like being scammed

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sad this company duped me out of hundreds of dollars. Save your money!! And run!! Never responds to emails, texts, tried to return clothes that didn’t fit or match what model was wearing. Ordered the Bonny overalls that cost over $200 and they looked nothing like the photo on the model. There was a big emblem on the front pocket. I will never order from this company again. Also it took so long to get my items, I still haven’t received one of the items I purchased.

Would not purchase again purchased hats clothes paid 20 for express postage 3 weeks still waiting never again

One star is been polite, there customer service is non existent, do yourself a favour and don’t support them by purchasing any of there liquidation items.

Terrible customer service. Sent a defective top and response was 'too bad, we can't refund as it's a sale item' even though technically that is illegal to refuse a refund for defective goods. When I pointed that out, they accused me of threatening them and cut off contact

No wonder they went into liquidation.
