Horrible customer service
A company is only as good as its customer service. With that in mind, avoid Live it Up.
I was contacted about the salmonella issue with their powders and had two bags that fell under the recall. I reached out multiple times and was initially told they were behind but would process refunds soon. Since then, it has been nothing but delays and excuses. It is now mid April, and I was originally promised a refund back in January.
I even tried filing a PayPal claim, but it somehow ended in the seller’s favor. At this point, they have my money with no clear timeline on when or if I will get it back. It is hard to understand how other companies can issue refunds within days, while this one continues to hold onto customers’ money indefinitely.
I would strongly recommend avoiding them. If you run into an issue, do not expect a refund. They've even turned off the option to leave a review on their site which says everything.
