We were recommended our Lifetime Mortgage product by our Financial Adviser as the product met all our requirements.
The documents LiveMore Mortgages provided were easy to understand & well laid out and provided really promptly.

A company that actually cares? What planet are they from you may ask.
LiveMore are filling a space that the traditional lenders are simply not interested in AND they are great and easy to deal with.
A pity there aren't more around like them doing other slightly off the norm things... there's certainly a need in many sectors.

I am self employed and have been with my existing mortgage provider for more than 15 years. My fixed rate and terms of mortgage was coming to the end. For some strange reasons they couldn't provide me with new remortgage offer. I looked some other main street lenders as well, the same old story, "when computer said no, it is no".

I just wanted to send over a few words to say a big thankyou to Darren Cunliffe, Lizzie Britto & Matt Evans.

The team at LiveMore helped me put quite a complex case together for an older client of mine who was releasing equity to help his daughter purchase a property . The two deals came to £1.25m of lending.

LiveMore offered the case as requested but the client needed an extra 50k due to some unforeseen costs, this created a potential problem as both deals were already at their maximum.

I can not fault the help received from Darren as he understood the urgency in getting this deal sorted. After arranging a separate meeting with Matt and Lizzie the end result being LiveMore agreed to use equity from an additional BTL , they re-offered on the increased loan amount the same day meaning the customers daughter was able to proceed with her purchase, a fantastic result for everybody involved



Where LiveMore really stands out is not just their flexible criteria around income and affordability but their ability to bring decision makers together quickly and solve problems like this one, I cant recommend them highly enough

Reliable and delivered on complicated case
I have been advising on mortgages for 14 years and have dealt with many complicated/bespoke situations. Usually lenders cannot deliver upon what they say they can do but Live More were able to understand my clients finances, and make sensible grounded lending decisions which they delivered on. Processing was also smooth and issue free. A breath of fresh air - I strongly recommend this lender.

I have been a mortgage broker for 30 years and have dealt with many lenders and have had many experiences over the years, some exceptional, some simply shocking.

I have to say my experience with Livemore, the underwriters, the customer service team and the business development manager Brian, have been exceptional.

Sometimes you can find with 'niche' lenders that they either state they will lend and eventually your application goes nowhere or the process is slow and laborious. This was such a refreshing change and I wish a lenders could work like this.

It seems the Livemore teams first goal is to serve their clients. For not the first time, the team including Matthew and Matt have pushed an urgent case through to offer within days, despite the complexity and hurdles. They were happy to understand and overcome this, finding solutions where others had found problems. Constantly amazed by their willingness to find a way to say yes in a rigid industry designed to say no. I look forward to working with them again at the very next possible opportunity.

A little slow in the processing but in all ok.
