Great service! So easy, convenient & quick! I had to sign a lot of documents for a Trust, & the whole process took less than 30 minutes - including the sign-in process to verify your identity. The ste... Toon meer

This was a very professional experience. I was able to have my docs notarized while in my jammies. Kimberly did an excellent job.

Great service
Great service, but it would have been nice to be able to get both our signatures notarized at the same time and not have to pay twice for 1 piece of paper

Hi Molly,
Thanks for the 5-star rating. We appreciate any and all feedback as this will help us improve our service. We're working on a feature to enable multiple signers in one session and would be up pretty soon. That saves both time and money.

I had to call in a total of 7 times to get one document notarized, and once it was finalized and paid for, the website refused to let me download it as it wanted me to pay for the document again.

Hi Everett,
Thanks for your feedback.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you had in getting your document notarized. This is not the kind of experience we want to give our customers. Though our platform is pretty new and should not be an excuse, know that we are doing our very best to make it accessible as smooth as possible. Glad that our Engineering Team was able to fix the issue right away and you should be able to access the document. I hope you will kindly reconsider the 1-star rating and we'll truly appreciate that.
We appreciate any and all feedback as this will help us improve our service.

Best Notary Experience Ever!
This was definitely the best notary experience I've had. There's nothing worse than waiting forever at a place that offers notary services in tandem with tons of other things. This made things super fast and efficient, especially considering the pandemic. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I've used this service
This is the first time I've used this service and it was very convenient to use. I will say the price is a bit much especially when you need two signatures on the same document and they require separate documents for each signature. I would only use this service in an emergency. I do feel it is a safe online notary service as they do a lot of verification steps.
