As an overseas supplier, our experience with this company was extremely disappointing ..
After supplying goods, we had to spend almost six months chasing payment through countless emails and phone calls. Instead of acknowledging their failure to pay on time, we were met with poor communication, repeated delays, and a patronising attitude. At no point did we receive the level of professionalism, accountability, or respect that we would expect in a business relationship.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the way we were treated while simply trying to recover money that was rightfully owed to us. Rather than accepting responsibility, management adopted a dismissive and arrogant approach, making us feel as though we were the problem.
A company's true character is revealed when issues arise. Unfortunately, this company showed very little regard for its suppliers and failed to demonstrate the basic respect, fairness, and courtesy that should exist between business partners.
The payment was eventually made, but only after months of unnecessary stress and effort on our part. Based on our experience, we would not choose to do business with this company again.

Thank goodness for this brand, keeping us larger sized ladies on trend! Simply love Live Unlimited!

I have been buying from this company for 10 years and have always been impressed by their excellent customer service and the quality of their clothing. I have bought a variety of products dresses, trousers, tops and jackets. I would highly recommend this company.

The denim dress was perfect. It was every bit as nice as advertised, both fit and quality. My package arrived promptly. Altogether a pleasure.

Bought for my wife and she absolutely loves this dress. She was sceptical about whether it would look as good as the pics on the website but it is just as shown. Well made, feels good and she says it is lovely to wear. Good website. Purchase was straightforward and dress was delivered promptly.

On the website under returns policy it says they will be charging from 06/08.
On the basis it is only July now I ordered a dress in 2 sizes ( paid delivery) on the basis it was a free return. When I came to the return I was charged £2.95. I queried this with customer services and was told the website was out of date as they have been charging for the last 2 years !!!!
Think this is poor customer care.

I wished to return an item using the international returns portal the charges were outrageous for an item costing €54 the return charge was €33. There is no indication on the website for Ireland that this is the case.

I placed an order for a dress. It was delivered promptly. The feel of the dress was so nice and fitted lovely even with me being a larger lady.
The colour of the dress I did really like and the packaging was very nice as though they cared.

I have been leaving messages for the past week via email, 4 in total. I receive messages saying most queries are dealt within 24 hours, in my experience this is not the case, I am still waiting for resolution. Unfortunately, there is no telephone number to speak to someone. I have another week to make my return or I will have to keep 2 items I am unable to wear and cannot get my money refunded.

Order finally arrived after 16 days. Not a positive experience and I have no intention of shopping with this company again.

Long term customer of LU, but recent bad experience. Trying to return 2 sale items which are not suitable, unable to process return and obtain qr code (keep getting message that I have already returned!) no reply to numerous e mails and now outside return window, have contacted my bank and am informed there is nothing they can do as I still have the items. NB This company is in ADMINISTRATION so is this a way of getting as much money from people as possible? One thing is for certain, they will get not another penny from me!

Customer service simply doesn’t exist. I’ve received a faulty item, which I would obviously like to return. I created an online return but didn’t receive a QR return label - yes, I checked my spam and junk folders. I have sent four emails since last week, with no reply. The return window is about to close. Is this some kind of marketing strategy?! Can I get that QR code, please? My order number is 204655.

Very helpful when I attempted to create a return of some items on the website and somehow made a mess of it. I contacted Customer Services and was emailed a QR code which did the trick when taking the parcel to the local Post Office.

I love this company.Their clothes are stylish ,well made and are good value.

Poor customer service. Had two items delivered and both faulty. Tried to arrange a return and emailed last week but no response. Completed the return form and had to provide photographs, which I have done. No QR code generated as I have to wait for them to contact me when they have reviewed. No idea when this will be. Over complicated stalling techniques, delaying my right to a refund for faulty goods.

Finally received a refund. They reviewed the items I sent back and agreed both were faulty.
