Amazing service and an amazing person! Ashlie runs Living art ball Pythons singlehandedly and she does an amazing job! No question or request is to much or to little to her, her knowledge on all her products is exceptional and anything she isn't sure about she will try her best to find out for you! She is kind, friendly and welcoming and treats everyone who walks through the door to her warehouse as if they are a good friend! Honestly if you need any help with anything royal/ball python and reptile related she is the person to go to!

Ashlie seems like a very lovely hard-working woman And I’m so happy with everything I ordered one hide from eBay And saw that she had a website so I went on there and ordered a second hide both hides arrived today, which was really quick

I have had my boy now for 5 years and he will be turning 6 this August. He was the only “classic” from the “weird clutch” in 2020 and I have to say I have a few different snakes and this boys temperament is fantastic. From when I brought him home he has never bitten me (the same cannot be said for my other snakes 🤣) never refused a feed and was already very handling tolerant.

Ashlie was also fantastic and made sure checks were made (as this was my first snake) such as requiring images of my set up and advising the pros and cons of ball python care.

She really cares about her snakes and is a fantastic breeder and I could not recommend buying a snake off LABP enough!

I can’t express how great these guys are! I purchased a hide for very very cheap in comparison to other places where the same hide was almost 4 times the price. I was a bit skeptical at first but once I received my parcel wow. The care they put into wrapping it up and making sure it doesn’t get damaged as well the hand written note which made notice the hard work they put in! And also the quality of the hide was spot on! Deffo deffo recommend! Thank you to Ashlie!

Bought a snake hook for my lovely food obsessed false water cobra, and it came 2 days later, well packaged and the hook is solid unlike most of the flimsiest ones on the market. The colour is great (it's cheetah print!) And having a little personalised thank you note was absolutely great too. Thank you! I'll definitely be buying again when I need to!
