Cheap and nasty product

Cheap and nasty product. Worse than something you'd get for £1 on Temu.
Really disappointing as the website implies luxury. Alarm bells rang as soon as I saw it was shipping in from China. Avoid

Scam company

Scam company. Avoid. Ordered a coat, it doesn’t fit but they’ve actually sent me the wrong coat too. They’re saying that it’s not recommended to do a return as it could be held in customs (returns to China). Want me to accept a store credit instead, which I won’t accept considering they can’t issue the correct items as advertised on site. They’re also saying that I have to pay for the postage to return, even though they’ve issued me the wrong item. If they’re happy to issue a store credit and allow me to keep the incorrect item, then I’m not entirely sure why they can’t just issue a refund as the coat will be a loss to them either way, but there you go. Scam central.

DO NOT USE WORST COMPANY EVER

DO NOT USE WORST COMPANY EVER. Absolute scam the dress was rank and they make it impossible to return. On their website they say returns are possible within 30 days of receipt, and the cost of return is on the seller, they omit the fact that it needs to be returned .. to china.. and will likely get stuck at customs. Obviously the cost of that tracked postage would be about the same as the disgusting dress itself! Avoid avoid avoid - all positive reviews on here must be fake.

Scam-Like Practices and Cheap Quality

I had a very disappointing experience with Livito Fashion. After placing an order, I was told items were out of stock, but the company didn’t specify which ones. After several back-and-forth emails, they eventually advised that all items were out of stock—only to later say that one item had been shipped.

The item took three weeks to arrive, and when it did, the quality was very poor. I requested a return, only to be told I’d have to send it back to China at my own expense. Instead, I was offered just a 10% refund or store credit. Honestly, why would I want store credit for a website with such poor service and products?

Customer service was frustrating—they clearly didn’t read emails properly and gave inconsistent information throughout. Overall, the quality is terrible, the service is unhelpful, and the process is misleading. I will never order from Livito again and strongly recommend that others avoid this website.

Update - You already have my order details from our email correspondence, so I don’t see how providing the number again will change the situation but for your reference it’s 1079. My experience was exactly as I described — items marked as out of stock after purchase, poor quality product, slow delivery, and refusal to cover return costs. Unless you’re willing to resolve this properly with a full refund, there’s nothing further to ‘look into.’ My review reflects the reality of my experience.

Do not read the positive reviews on…

Do not read the positive reviews for this site, they are clearly fake. The clothes did not come as advertised, cheap stuff put together. Material felt cheap, fitting was rubbish, spent over £100, and looking at reviews of return, I'm not going to bother with attempting to return. VERY DISSAPOINTED, AVOID!

- AVOID & IT DOES NOT SEEM POSSIBLE TO RETURN SHODDY GOODS

I am pretty sure I’ve just been scammed by this company. I ordered a “linen” shirt for my son which was “reduced” to £25 plus postage only for it to arrive some weeks later and to find out that it’s actually mainly polyester and contains no linen whatsoever My mum would describe it as being something “you could spit peas through “ . It’s not even fit for the charity shop and will probably go straight to landfill… customer services needless to say have not responded with information to make a return It looks nothing like the nice shirt in the online photo.
I am trying to help others avoid the same fate.

Scammers

I shopped from this site. It’s a scam website. They show one item and send something completely different. Material is cheap design is cheap. I wanted to return it they said I have to return it to china. The other reviews are definitely fake. Really disappointed my £40 went in the bin.

Reply: help me with 10% back for Good will you have told me already thanks. My order number is #1072.

To whoever is reading this tho is a Scam do not buy from here!
