Thanks so much for the awesome 10/10 review Allan! 🥳 We're stoked that your order arrived so fast and that our support team sorted out the battery issue for you in under 20 minutes.
That little trick with keeping the 510 battery slightly loose is actually a super helpful tip, so thanks for giving it a shout-out in your review!
We’ve always got your back if you need anything else. Thanks again for choosing us, and happy vaping! 🙌

Thank you for your review Stuart. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the product and the price.
We’re sorry you felt the delivery was slow. Just to clarify, your order was placed at 10:30pm on Thursday and was dispatched the following day, Friday, via DPD’s 48-hour service. Their 48-hour delivery timeframe starts from the next working day after dispatch, and as we don’t dispatch parcels over the weekend, this meant the delivery window was Monday to Tuesday. Your order was delivered on Tuesday, therefore within the stated 48-hour delivery timeframe.
We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your understanding of our delivery and weekend dispatch schedule. Thank you again for your custom.

Hi Maura, I have checked the tracking and can see the parcel was handed to DPD on the 3rd when the order was placed but there seems to have been a slight delay their end in handing tbe parcel to yourself for some reason. Unfortunately these things are out of our control and for that i can only apologise on the courier's behalf.
We look forward to seeing you back soon 😊

Always an easy experience buying
Always an easy experience buying, and the singular time I had an issue with my order, customer service sorted it out without any hassle or frustration. They would be my only supplier for CBD, however they no longer carry my usual, so I guess I'm ending my experience with them on a flawless record.
