We are long standing customers of Lloyds as our banking partner, and have found them to be most knowledgeable and helpful throughout. We have now taken up the offer of using CardNet as our card processors, and have found Jordan Mercado, our relationship manager to be patient, and helpful, leading us through the process of integrating their systems into ours. This service is second to none , with ease of contact with the CardNet team, something that was sorely lacking in the card processors we have moved from after of 15 years with them, but like so many things, you get comfortable with the one supply, and do not really want the trials of moving. All I can say is I wish we had moved years ago our Relationship manager and the IT Service team have been very helpful and understanding with our IT department in the integration process, always being available to answer the questions. In fairness I cannot recommend Lloyds CardNet highly enough, you should consider it too. The date of 1st October 2026 is the date I have given this review, but Cardnet went live with us on the 12th August 2026, and has worked perfectly, now we just want to work more with their team to bring some of their other services online. Spoke to Serhat Sandalci today regarding a long standing issue we were having regarding getting our bank details updated on their system. Serhat took the time to contact me to let me know the issue had been resolved and to make sure there was nothing else he could help with. He was friendly and very informative regarding their products and suggested some alternatives that might make things easier for us -Salutem ED Bidco Limited

We moved over to Lloyds Cardnet a few months ago and the service provided by Lorraine Duffield and her team in ensuring this process went as smoothly as possible was first class. Lorraine responded quickly to any questions and her and the team resolved any queries in an efficient and timely manner.

Richard Swinfield has provided excellent service as my card merchant provider. He responds quickly, communicates clearly, and is always straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended!

Matthew Crouch was superb from our initial conversation regarding current terminal fees. He was easy to talk to, understood what we needed as well as not pushy at all. He tried his best to give us the most beneficial deals and overall the experience was great. I’m glad to move from world pay to cardnet considering the service is a lot more professional as well.

Whatever was done to unblock my account did not work. I waited as was told, but the account was still blocked. I had to call back and another assistant said that not all blocks were removed! So, I just wasted my time waiting.

I recently spoke to Colin at Lloyds Cardnet Merchant Services following a recommendation. We currently use WorldPay for our card machines and website but haven't been impressed with their service. Colin spent some time discussing our requirements now and going forwards, and made things simple to understand. He has also been able to demonstrate a good cost saving for us to consider.
