Very pleased with how my query was dealt with. Obviously we all want to have a much cheaper charge for card processing, especially for small transactions. Perhaps anything under £4 or £5 could be at 0% with just the Visa or MasterCard fixed fee of 3p? Would help small businesses who sell small items (hardware shop selling £1 and £1.50 items).

Moved from a different provider and the transition was extremely easy. The terminal and online portals were easy to set up and Michael Scott was always at the end of the email / phone and replied almost immediately. Fast, easy and no stress switching! Thank you Michael

We recently switched over to Lloyds cardnet following our commercial banking switch to Lloyds - the process has been nothing but smoot - our relationship manager Michael ensure the process was efficient and we have had no problems at all.
