Easy to buy
Lloyds Bank home insurance was very easy to set up. I got a quote well ahead of my renewal and it was kept for 3 months. There were no tricky questions and I feel confident I have bought a reliable insurance. And I am happy with the price which was about midprice on my quotes but has better cover than my previous insurance and is easier to understand.

All information was easy to complete all that remains is to see that if we need to claim is that the policy delivers the expected cover and there are no hidden clauses that differ from our previous Saga policy even though we have not needed to make a claim in for as long as I can remember… over 20 years?
