Great Staff Service
We visited the outlet in Edinburgh and served by a very helpful lady, Wendy, who was very informative and not pushy. Wendy showed us a selection of products that met our needs and provided answers to all our questions. Service was a pleaseant experience and we given plenty of time to consider our purchase. Would totally recommend.

Staff were helpful and informative and…
Staff were helpful and informative and knew when to leave you alone. Information on products were well presented and easy to understand. A good selection of fabric to choose from.
Only downside was a limited choice of leg design on couches. I suggest that it would be good if you could purchase different legs separately from your range. Also, if I could purchase some of my chosen fabric separately especially as what I've chosen is to be discontinued.

Great service
The assistant was extremely patient and helpful. All done very smoothly- set up in an email so we could go home and double check he measurements before hitting the pay button.
Didn’t feel any pressure to buy if we didn’t want to. This is the second sofa we have ordered from Loaf and we were delighted by the service the first time, hence we came back!

Loaf Sofa for New Flat
Visited the Loaf store this weekend to get a sofa for our new flat and the guys in store were so welcoming and helpful! They were happy to explain everything to us and give us time to come to a decision after being a bit indecisive - an overall great experience and I’m looking forward to our sofa arriving in a few months!

Very helpful staff, good show room set up
Went to pick out a sofa. The showroom is great, lots of space to move around and try out new sofas. The employees/sellers were very helpful and made the process a lot easier. Would recommend!

The showroom was well organized and had a good range of styles & colours making it easy to browse without feeling rushed. The selection showed all the designs and confirmed the material quality and options.
The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, and explained the dimensions, and fabrics which helped us make a confident choice. There was never any pressure, just honest guidance.
A good experience.
We did ask if the sofa legs were interchangeable. It would be worth considering as an option.

This has been our third visit to Loaf…
This has been our third visit to Loaf and every time, the team have been super helpful and accommodating. We whittled our choice down to 2 sofa beds, in the end chose the one we had our eyes on and bought it in the most glorious velvet fabric.
I don’t know what to mention specifically: the ambiance, the generous layout, the assistants who were there when we needed them, but otherwise kept in the background, or the vast choice of fabrics and colours…
All in all top notch!

We spent over one and a half hours making up our minds as to which of the sofas to buy. There were bottles of water to keep us hydrated!

Just ordered two sofas
Just ordered two sofas! Took us a few visits to various stores but Loaf offered best options for what we were after. In store staff were very helpful and not pushy - we were in 4 times before deciding on sofa covering. Great to be able to take large material swatches home to get a good sense of colour scheme etc.

I did a bit of research on line at home before calling in your Loaf shack at Straighton.. Edinburgh. It was quite simple and relaxing as i'chosen what I wanted and your colleague just put the order in for me. ( I'm 81 years old, and found everyone polite and happy to help me)
