As a result, Quicko was required to cease all payment operations, which immediately impacted transaction processing, including withdrawals.

Since then, we have been actively working on integrating new payment providers. This process is more complex than a standard switch, as it involves enhanced AML and compliance requirements, additional verification procedures, and full regulatory alignment. At the same time, we have completed a comprehensive compliance review, finalized the new company structure, and addressed legal and operational changes required to continue operations.

Currently, the integration process is ongoing, with multiple payment service providers involved at different stages. This multi-provider approach is designed to ensure greater stability and continuity going forward, reducing dependency on a single provider.

First things first, please note that all funds previously marked as processed withdrawals have been safely returned to your Loanch account balance. No funds have been transferred out, and your money remains fully reflected and secure within your account.

We understand how upsetting the current situation is. The issue started on January 21, 2026, when our payment provider, Quicko, suspended processing of deposits and withdrawals following regulatory requirements. The full scale of the disruption was not clear at once, as some transactions were still going through at first, which is why the situation appeared inconsistent.

We did not disappear with anyone’s funds. Loanch is currently integrating a new payment provider, and full withdrawal functionality is expected to be restored soon. Yesterday, we sent a detailed update to all users and also published a news post on our website explaining the situation.

Due to the unusually high number of inquiries, email responses may take longer than usual, but messages are being processed as quickly as possible. We will continue to publish updates until normal operations are fully restored.

Loanch partners with licensed loan originators based in South and Southeast Asia, such as Tambadana in Malaysia and Ammana in Indonesia - we do not list originators in Mexico.
