Hello Kelly, your order was delivered 15 days ago by Laser Ship, this is your tracking number 1LSCY8Q0000DXDD. To be more precise, it was delivered on the 24th May.
2 months later review.
I purchased the sippy cup along with a plate and a bib, all the same color, I actually wish they had an option to filter with colors so we can get matching items. Overall I was surprised with the high quality their products are made of, not smelly at all and very sturdy.

Their cups were easy to clean
Their cups were easy to clean! I love that I can boil them to clean them! The only I would recommend is that they should be spill proof! Other than that my son loves how they have handles & straw!

No more messy clothes, yaay.
I ordered different spoons to help with baby s learning, they have edges to keep the food in, also with the bibs no more food on nice clothes.

Never buy
Never buy. I recommend blocking a conversation.
He leaves a message on Instagram that he is recruiting supporters through comments or DMs. He encourages people to buy two products for free or offers a 50 percent discount.
I introduce it as a British company, but the product is made in China.
It is said that it is delivered from 4 logistics warehouses around the world for fast delivery. Looking at the reviews on this site, it seems that there are many people who receive products from China, even if it is not from Asia. They are lying.
Items sold by the company are available on Chinese websites such as AliExpress for less than a tenth of the price. There are even many items that are cheaper than a dollar. These items are sold for between £80 and £90.
They argued that the products sold on AliExpress are counterfeit and cannot be controlled. However, there is no proof that the products they sent are genuine as well. There is not even a common brand logo.

We appreciate your concerns, but it seems there might be some misinformation. We take pride in our products and their authenticity. Let us clarify a few points:
Brand Verification: While you may not be a client of ours, we invite you to explore our tagged pictures on Instagram @lobabiesofficial to see satisfied customers who have received our products. Our positive reviews speak for themselves.
Product Origin: Our products are not made in China. They are sourced from reputable manufacturers with whom we have long-standing relationships. While we aim for fast delivery from multiple warehouses, we ensure that quality is never compromised.
Price Discrepancy: We understand the confusion regarding pricing. The cost variation between our products and those on platforms like AliExpress can be attributed to several factors, including quality control, brand assurance, and ongoing product development. We invest in constant improvement to offer the healthiest and most reliable versions of our products.
Counterfeit Concerns: We are aware of the prevalence of counterfeit items on platforms like AliExpress. However, we can assure you that our products are genuine. We do not compromise on quality or authenticity.
We take pride in our commitment to providing genuine, high-quality products to our customers. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
