Zoe was great in helping me resolving an issue with the iOS app. There is a mismatch of expectations, but Zoe was patient enough to provide the necessary help I needed.

Susan always provide prompt reply to all my questions, including professional explanation on each problem, and providing those links which can assist me to download the relevant program I need.
And LocaChange always responses quickly on updating their program so that I can enjoy their Apps anytime.

Ada went above and beyond to quickly resolve my issue and she stayed in contact with me the entire time. I didn't receive an email after purchasing the product, and I couldn't log in. I contacted you because I wanted to cancel my subscription. I inquired in English, which was not good at it, but a person named Janet responded very quickly and politely. I think it's a reliable company. Thank you very much.

Broken & Untrustworthy services! Before you pay this company, any money asked yourself if you really want to use your sign in information and give it to a company that gives you a modded app and have you do seven steps in order to change your location? Therefore I asked for a refund and the company states that because I did not send an email to them stating that any of the steps I took were not broken they do not want to give a refund and if anything you must bargain with them to get a 30% refund back. If this happens to you reach out ask for a CHARGEBACK from your bank and they'll learn their lesson of trying to keep somebody else's money.

Pokémon Go am PC mit mehreren IOS Geräten funktioniert super. Die Mobile Version ist noch interessanter und macht richtig Spaß dank den extras. Zum Spielen müssen 3 Apps über eine Apple ID installiert werden. Ein VPN , eine Pokémon Version und Loccchange selbst. VPN anschalten APP starten und sofort loslegen. Es gibt viele extras wie Pokémon Scanner, Autoruten, Autofangen, Pokestops scannen und Auto ablaufen … Dadurch werden die Möglichkeiten erheblich gesteigert Aufgaben und Level zu erreichen.
Ich kann Loccachange zu 100% weiterempfehlen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sterne von mir.

Très rapide et répond bien au demande

First, the software does exactly what they say it does and it does it seamlessly. I had no trouble at all understanding its instructions and it worked first install and I use an Apple SE. I had an issue with my payment and a quick call to the customer service department took care of my issue right away. Millie was my agents name and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that the matter was resolved entirely. Thank you Millie.

I had to download an app, then it said to pay to use the service. Said subscribe now for half off. I clicked that button and it was only like 25% off. Then after I pay and try to use the app it tells me I need to connect my phone to my computer to download all sorts of stuff to update it and show me videos that were not helpful at all. Luckily they said they will refund me but it will take 3-25 business days to go back to my account. Also it took about 12 hours just to get response in the first place. And it was a pain to cancel the subscription auto renew and then they made me get a code sent to my email just to cancel auto renew which is absurd. I will never use this company again. The fact that they have so many good reviews blows my mind. Oh and then customer service says oh it states it on the website.. I was never on the website and not scouring every inch of the website. It should have said it during check out cause I wouldn’t have paid.

The software did not work for me, but the technicians made a genuine effort to assist me. Zoe was extremely helpful and responded to emails and inquiries promptly. After multiple attempts to get the app to work, Zoe was extremely helpful and refunded the entire charge.
