I've worked with Mick for nearly a year. He has consistently adapted his approach to maximize results, he's made innovative suggestions, and he's many times gone the extra mile to provide dedicated client service, especially given our challenging situation. It's reassuring to know that we're working with someone who's committed to helping us get the best outcome possible. He's also easy and enjoyable to interact with, which is always a plus.

We’ve been using Locafy across multiple client projects, and the results speak for themselves. SEO takes time, but when it kicks in, it really kicks in! Stellar results. We have several clients that we use Locafy services for. Like all things digital marketing, it takes time to get results. Our clients are getting great results and one (high ticket offer) went from just a handful of web enquiries per month - to over 35 (not including phone calls).

We find the customer service to be excellent, and they've bent over backwards to help us and our clients.

I contacted Locafy because their website registration page was not working. Technical Support Specialist Jayson Dicdican did not seem to have read my message, so I restated it clearly. He then outright dismissed my complaint, and told me to visit their website.

I think the tools they have show real potential - but man does the support and implementation team need work.

Our business engaged Locafy for a 12 month period. The experience was underwhelming and the results non existent. A complete waste of time and money

this seems another scam site they are saying i am not registered which is a lie i showed them my abn and saying they will not register me. dont go on this site seems a scam.

I was refered to a dealer in canada because no one in usa . Took 3 weeks to respond then they made some landing pages which was pathetic . He never responded for 2 weeks . So i lost all trust and cancelled it . He ageed . 12 months late i get a bill for $2500 for the year . They did no work and trying to hustle me out of $2500 . Stay away .

Terrible customer service. Really flashy sales experience up front but once I'd signed up contact and support were non-existent. Never heard from my account manager and had to constantly follow up for reports, updates and even log-ins. Didn't hear from them for months so assumed the trial period had ended only to receive a bill of over $3000.

Based on the above, it's no surprise their 'work' made zero difference to our local listing.
