Worst locksmith company I have ever used in my life. They charged £269 for a job took less than two minutes.
Absolute fraud stars.

I will speak to citizen advice tomorrow, these guys need to be dealt properly. With the citizen advice if they recommend to flag with training standards or authorities I will continue with the process. This company have victimise so many people that I could see. They are absolute frauds.

Would not recommend as a number of issues, even though arrived promptly.
1) misleading pricing and no quote before work started, cost much higher than expected at £279.
2) access gained easily by turning the key with a little force and I don’t think it was necessary to replace the 5 lever Chubb lock completely.
3) replaced with unbranded 3 lever lock despite promising it would be a 5 lever lock.
4) damage to door, screw not even straight and flush
5) no cover on lock despite saying their would be.
6) hand written receipt with none of their details, contact number or promised warranty

Overall extremely disappointed and likely to incur additional costs to replace door and better security as not convinced the new lock offers that.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrific customer service. Their pricing is vile - website says no call out fee but they force one on you. Being locked out is more pleasant than these crooks. Charged £125 to remove 1 screw in the window and push down a door handle.

Absolutely APPALLING! I have NEVER experienced such incompetence in my life. I arranged an emergency call out to repair my Mum's front door which had been vandalised and would not shut. The 'man' named George turned up and told me before he'd even started the 'job' that it was £49.00 for the call out plus £ 288 for repairs.It took him about 40 minutes to bash the door around to get it to shut, but he said that 'the hinges' needed to be replaced or we needed a new door! The hinges were fine before he came over....! He left the door hanging off one hinge with a VERY large gap at the bottom. I contacted the 'company' in the morning and he screamed and shouted at me to say the the job had been 'completed'. This 'man' is useless, belligerent and DANGEROUS.DO NOT go anywhere near this 'company'. I fear for vulnerable people.BEWARE! There is NO address or contact number to make a complaint, or rectify the situation AVOID this 'company' at ALL costs.

The boy with straggly facial hair and dirty clothes arrived 40 minutes late; it took him 2 mins to cut the padlock gate for which he wanted to charge £59.00. Then he went off to his car leaving me waiting on the doorstep, while he tried to find a padlock that he was supposed to supply for an additional £35.00. He returned and said he did not have a suitable lock but would charge £59.00 for cutting the padlock. Given he was so late and not supplying a padlock as per our agreement, I said I've give him £55.00 ie £4.00 less. At this, he went berserk, became threatening, took a photo of me and demanded £59.00. So I will now have to involve the police for this threatening behaviour. He also would not give me the name or address of his business, when I asked to speak to his manager. Also provided no bill. Avoid at all costs.

Worst service, ridiculous pricing, was told a lock barrel will cost £95 U can buy the best quality one no more than £20. The will charge call out fee even if agreed to go ahead with job. I saw all the poor reviews and stopped the job. In fact I was more knowledgeable then the locksmith.

I called up and he goes he will quote you for the job when he gets there. Comes and he goes £95 plus parts or £149 plus part depending what needs to be fixed.
I goes sorry those prices are too high best if you leave.
Then he gets all vexed saying why are you being rude. I go listen had this been told on the phone I wouldnt have asked you guys to come out. Then whilst hes leaving he goes get lost then.

Damaged the trim of the handle and left the remains of the old lock all over the drive.

£300.

I'm a single mum. This is daylight robbery.

Got locked out and called for emergency locksmith, guy came out in 40 mins as estimated. He tried and failed to open the lock so we had to call a different company to come and open our door!

Would not recommend this company at all still paid our guy £50 as well. In all honesty I wouldn't have paid but because I'm a good person I did. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID this company at all costs

Said 20 mins, stood in the rain for 35 before they called and said “I will be 25 mins” 30 mins later they arrived. Got me in and fixed my door within 10-15 mins and was only £85 total price.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the waiting around

Back door handle wasn’t turning to lock so I called locksmith4all. Man came out told me I needed a new mechanism, realignment, new handles when in fact a realignment would have done it. He charged myself, £390, I nearly fainted with the shock, I’m 73 and on a pension. My daughter rang and asked for an invoice as I’d been overcharged and £80 labour for less than an hour, £170 mechanism, £80 realignment and £60 handles. I want to report this company to a regulating body, could anyone please advise me on this. Thank you.

What it doesn't state is that there is a MINIMUM £69 labour charge added on to the service charge. All he did was swipe the lock open with a piece of card - in 15 seconds. We were desperate to get back in as they already took 45 mins to get here, so we had to just pay. Absolute cowboys.

Credit given where due, speedy call out despite rush hour traffic and diversions because of an accident, he still managed to get to us within 40 minutes, good quick service and a good quality lock replacement. Bit pricey but overall good service.

Where do i start, the compnay is FRAUD and FAKE. They over charge and do not understand how bank payments are made. They expected me just to take money out the company without permission and pay them cash in hand, or take it out my own pocket LOL!!! nothing seems ligit. Peter - the contractors started to theaten me and my team members for a payment i told him the fiance team will be paying. He started to harass me over messages and kept ring the store and harrassing team members. I had contacted his comany to update them, they made excuses for his beahviour, so this does tell us this is not the first time this has happened. The person handling text messages is also very unproffessional. It came to a point i had to mention i would call the police to stop the harrassement- they challanged me to do so - this company needs to be shut down - do not use them - they are a joke, their operations is a joke.

The key was stuck in the lock and we couldn’t remove it. We called this company who took over an hour to get to us so it was 10pm by the time they got here. The sharp intake of breath should have warned us. They charged just under £800 for a lock that would have cost £50 in B&Q. They saw us coming and laughed all the way to the bank. Con merchants.

Seemingly random costs - initially said 189£ for angle grinding a bike lock before dropping to 139£ and arbitrarily making up random prices? Also took 2.5 hours... after first call said 20-30 mins

Turned up quickly charged 59 call out plus I assume 10 to ‘fix’ brand new patio door that was stuck. Locksmith released the door and made a few adjustments and advised stuck because wasn’t pulling it too properly, Next day same issue, same chap (who was nice guy) came back again released the door, but this time cleaned the mechanism which had grit in from recent rendering. Cost 106 including 69 call out, presumably as a Sunday. This solved the issue but really unreasonable to be charged two call-outs. Would not recommend using on this basis.

DO NOT USE THIS Company, I would to change the lock handle, Cost £199, Crazy Company, The guy who came to repair and fix the handle, but the handle was spinning after fixed, I said i can not accept like this, and he said he can do like this, ask me to accept to complete the job and pay £199 + £69call out fees. i refused to pay and he said will uninstall the handle and will not install back my original one. i rang the company and the other shouted on the phone and said can't help anything and needed to pay. I REMIND TO ALL DON USE THIS COMPANY AND SHARE TO YOUR FRIENDS OR OTHERS.

Thought lock had broken on security door. They said someone will be there within 45 minutes which they did. They said lock was fine, the bolt strip needed replacing.all work carried satisfactory and price was reasonable too.

I called this company to remove a key which had broken in the lock. They said it couldn’t be done and I would need to replace the whole lock. He said didn’t know what an extraction kit was even after I showed him an example on line. I called the main office and the guy in the office spoke to the locksmith (whose English was barely passable) who told him to try. Miraculously an extraction kit appeared! The key was removed within 4 minutes HE THEN CHARGED ME £79 for the removal.
