È uno anzi l’unico noleggio funzionante e con dipendenti professionisti e allo stesso tempo cercano di aiutare le tue esigenze. Sono molto pochi i centri così Locauto e il migliore . Inoltre vorrei complimentarmi con il ragazzo che ieri mattina alle 12.00 ha ritirato la macchina molto professionale e soprattutto una persona umana grazie

Order No. 730141133 I bought your service, "car rental", which included insurance for glass and tires. When delivering the car, the agent saw that there was a screw stuck in the tire and forced us to sign a "defect certificate", although tire damage was already included in the car rental price. When we arrived to rent the car, your employee told us to buy additional insurance against theft and accident for 280e. This is unfair, because such insurance for a "Panda" car costs only 60e. Therefore, we will insure ourselves with another insurance. The employees of "Locauto" at Fujimino Airport are dishonest.

The booking and the payment was made on an intermediary website, who can sell additional products on top of the cost of the rental. Please read the documentation received by this intermediary to find out how this coverage works, as it's not direct with Locauto.
Finally we want to confirm that it's a Locauto procedure to inspect the vehicle with the customer at the pick up and at the return, and to update the "defect certificate" when there's a new damage found, with or without full coverage included.

A high-level rental service, very attentive to the customer. We received a car of a higher class than we ordered. The cars are in very good condition, practically new.
We had no problem dropping off the car at the other airport.
