The best car renting experience!
The process of reserving and handover was very easy. The price with worry-free insurance was very fair. The car was clean and reliable with no problems. The gentleman at the office was kind and helpful. The email communication with Locauto during the whole process was excellent. I look forward to my next rental with them.

Good Car, Poor Service
The car we rented was good but the service has been poor. We asked for insurance when we picked up the car but didn’t get insurance possibly due to language confusion. We decided to go with our credit card insurance. After we returned our rental to catch an early morning flight, we received a message regarding damage to a rim. Locauto charged our credit card with a 310 Euro charge but didn’t send any proof of their allegation damage. We are disputing the damage charge since our pictures show no damage. It will be a huge hassle to recover this charge. If you rent from Locauto, buy their insurance or beware!!!!!

Schnelle Abwicklung
Schnelle Abwicklung.

Dear H.A.,thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We are very pleased to hear that your experience with our vehicle handover and return process was quick and hassle-free, especially considering it was a last-minute pick-up.
Regarding the condition of the Fiat Panda, we appreciate your understanding. As you correctly noted, we ensure that all pre-existing damage are meticulously recorded in our handover report before you leave the station. This is done precisely to ensure total transparency and protect our customers from any unfair charges.
We appreciate your business and look forward to welcoming you back for another smooth and seamless rental in the future!
