He provided the specification of locks we requested and fitted them at agreed appointment time.

He even went above and beyond to fix a sticky door and change the handle.

I was a bit apprehensive about finding a locksmith, but I needn’t have worried. The locksmith was very responsive to my enquiries and also upfront about costs. He was flexible about timings and arrived ahead of schedule. He was able to solve the issue quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

I had an urgent situation where I needed 2 mortice locks installed on my bedroom doors. I had failed appointments from 3 locksmiths, who couldn’t be bothered to turn up or answer my calls, so I was not hopeful. Raymond arrived on time and promptly set about changing the locks

The service was exceptional, and the pricing was more than fair considering the quality of work provided, and the fact that he had to comeback two days later to complete the job because the second lock was delivered late. Excellent value for money.
