I used Lockings as my Conveyancer; they were really fast with everything on their side and when waiting for other solicitors they kept me up to date with what they were waiting for. All news was conveyed to me quickly with no fuss.

The worst service I have experienced from a Solicitor firm. As someone who has used solicitors for the purchase of properties in the past, this was the worst experience. No duty of care for their clients and no expertise when dealing with off-plan property purchase. How can a solicitor act of behalf of the buyer and seller and favor the seller in every stage of the process. I am one of 80+ other people who have experience this along with data leakage verified with other buyers via transactions with Portus Group,(Solomon, ES1 etc)
